Gotutripin:What pills are you taking? RU 486? Has anyone here seen the film "The Silent Scream"? It's a REAL account of an abortion that took place when the fetus was approx 11 weeks. An ultrasound machine was placed on the abdomen of a woman undergoing an abortion, and the results were video taped. Another film called "Eclipse Of Reason" is also REAL. This film was made using a fetuscope, which is a long optical instrument with a lens at one end and a strong light at the other. The fetuscope was inserted into the womb of a woman at 19-1/2 weeks, and a camera was clamped on the eyepiece and then the abortionist went to work. This procedure was known as a D&E (dilation and evacuation). It involves dilating the cervix, rupturing the bag of waters, taking a large crushing instrument and introducing it way high up into the uterus, grabbing a piece of the baby, pulling it off the baby, and just repeating this procedure until the baby has been pulled apart piece by piece. Then the pieces are assembled on a table, put together like a jigsaw puzzle, so the abortionist can be sure that the entire baby has been removed. We photographed all this through the fetuscope. This is a shattering film. Here is a graphic account of what takes place in "Eclipse Of Reason", The message of the film is primarily centered on second and third trimester abortions--that is, those done after the third month and up until the ninth month. The video begins with a casual questioning of a number of men and women on the street. How late into pregnancy is abortion permitted? They reply, "up until three months." -- another, "up until four." -- the highest, "up until five months." When told it is legal until birth, they show disbelief and astonishment. Then we meet Dr. Nathanson and learn the technical facts about the how-to and the how-many of mid and late trimester abortions. The film then moves to a woman on a surgical table who is about 4 1/2 months pregnant. A fetoscope is inserted into her womb, and the camera's eye looks inside. There we see a perfectly formed hand with fingers and fingernails. Now the camera scans up the arm, elbow, and to the head, stops and looks at an ear and then moves around to the nose and mouth, watching flecks of material move in and out as the baby breathes the fluid in and out. Then the film travels down the fetal abdomen and we clearly see his little male organs. Then back up to the face and a good look at his closed eyes, and there is more. Now the camera exits her womb and looks down at the table. We scan the instrument table, and then to the abortionist's position to look into the exposed mouth of her womb. We watch as the abortionist inserts a long-handled, pliers-like instrument, grabs part of the baby and tears that part of the baby's body away. Mercifully, we get only a few short shots of this live dismemberment process, but it's enough. We get the picture very clearly. The abortionist pauses as he removes a part to give us a closer freeze-frame look at part of the baby's rib cage. Then another shot of a bloody pile of pieces on the table. The camera then zooms back in on another freeze-frame -- a forearm with a hand sticking up. Enough is enough! And the film moves on. Without doubt, this is a very graphic film, as is evident. But it is an accurate portrayal of the mid-trimester dilatation and dismemberment method. |

My personal opinion, based on my experience, Black Men are more romantic and more passionate, these guys know how to make a lady feel like his queen, and it had nothing to do with money. |
Rhodalyn: No not all at once, he sends one each day ![]() he isn't my guy, he's a beautiful friend. |
If I know what love is It is because of you. Until the angels close my eyes, I can't imagine seeing my life without you. If a hug represented how much I love you, I would hold you in my arms forever. If I reach for your hand, will you hold it? If I hold out my arms, will you hug me? If I go for you lips, will you kiss me? If I capture your heart, will you love me? If water was a kiss, I'd send you the sea. If a hug was a leaf, I'd send you a tree. If love was forever, I'd send you eternity. Love, true love, is that which can give the most without asking or demanding anything in return I am like a falling star who has finally found her place next to another in a lovely constellation, where we will sparkle in the heavens forever. If I could reach up and hold a star for every time you've made me smile, the entire evening sky would be in the palm of my hand. What joy it is to feel God's love embracing you as He whispers "Keep going! I am with you, not only on special days, but every moment of your life" |

I think it depends on the way a child is raised and possbly how open the individual is to peer pressure/society. My biological father was a very violent man, my step father is a paedophile, my sister is cruel and will step on anyone in her way, my son is so gentle and caring of everyone around him, my daughter is the same. I have known many females who are physically abusive, verbally abusive, and just plain horrid. So you see, just in those few people there is no distinct line that seperates male and female based on the ability to care. My son is 14 and loves to protect his sister, he loves to walk beside me with his arm around me, he cries when he hears or sees abuse towards other people or towards animals, he stopped a car in order to save a kitten. He will endure abuse at school in order to defend someone being bullied. The list is endless. I really don't think it'll ever be able to be clearly stated that one gender is more caring than the other. |
I have heard different things concerning bathing, Some say twice a week, some say once a week, some say don't use soap at all and just use water to wash yourself ![]() I'm white, and I wash every day, (two or three times each day during Summer) ![]() My son has to wash twice each day, regardless of the weather. My daughter washes several times each day, not because she has to, but just because she loves water. My daughter actually has eczema and has found that normal soaps are too harsh for her skin, so she washes her body with sorbeline, which does wonders for her skin. So really, my view is that washing daily should be natural for personal comfort, regardless of skin colour or condition. |
