Uefa is holding fifa by the jugular and it needs to stop,hopefully with 64 teams we can get more slots and mind you the south Americans have won almost same number of world cups as the Europeans yet they have only 4 slots too. Despite being heavily underrepresented in the competition they have been able to compete with the Europeans.
Does that not tell you it's not about performance but just injustice being done to favor europe.

When I hear world cup will lose its prestige of relevance if it's held every two years I just laugh. This is the narrative that uefa has coined to shut down the idea and fellow Africans are buying it. The uefa champions league is held every year and we all quickly close in our offices and stay glue to TVs on match days, it has never lost its glory. Same is the friendly match called nations league that uefa is playing every year.
The non European nations stand to benefit more with frequent world cups because it will close the gap in quality between Europe and other confederation when players compete globally more often.
Hence this is a very good idea and other continent apart from Europe should support it. Infact club football is gradually taking all the glory at the detriment of intl football that's why when there's an intl break we all find the weekend boring but it shouldn't be so. A more frequent world cup would ensure top nations meet more often and we get more exciting matches in qualifiers or even the world cup itself. Welldone to Caf and fifa on this and I hope uefa does not succeed in shutting this down.

The ten runners up from the 10 groups plus the 2 best two teams from the nation's league that couldn't finish first nor second in their qualification group(making 12) will fight for the remaining 3 qualifying places.

The 12 teams are then grouped into 4 groups of 3. That is, three teams each in groups A,B, C and D

The group members will now play each other once(meaning a team plays two matches against the other teams in the group). At the end of the two rounds of matches, the four teams that top each group qualify for the semifinals.

Another draw will then be carried out to determine who faces who in the semifinals.

The two winners from each semifinal qualify for the world cup. While the two losers will play a third place playoff to determine who gets the final ticket.

Wahala no too much like this. What kind of rubbish qualification process is this please? Meaning a team will first play a tournament before qualifying for another tournament despite first playing the qualifiers.

Ronaldo v Messi: Who has scored more goals in 2021-22?
Ronaldo is clearly in the lead over Messi so far this season. The Man Utd man has found the back of the net nine times in all competitions, compared to Messi’s three.

In league football, Ronaldo has scored four times while Messi, incredibly, has still yet to net in Ligue 1. Admittedly, though, the Argentine has been hampered by injury problems.

In the Champions League, Messi has scored three times in 2021/22, while Ronaldo has taken a lead with five.

Ronaldo couldn't have wished for a better return to Manchester United as he scored two goals on his second debut for the club, having featured at Old Trafford between 2003 and 2009.

He was put straight into the starting line-up against Newcastle after the international break, and scored his first via a predatory finish from close range, while his second was slammed into the net through the arms of the keeper.

A few days later, he would make his second European debut against Young Boys, and although Man Utd eventually lost 2-1, it was Ronaldo who opened the scoring by squeezing a finish home at the front post following a gorgeous assist from Bruno Fernandes.

Ronaldo continued his stunning start to life back at Old Trafford by scoring for the third game in a row at West Ham. He scored at the second attempt from close range to level the scores at 1-1 in the first half.

Further goals arrived against Villarreal and Atalanta in the Champions League, the latter a memorable winning header as Man Utd came from two goals down to win 3-2 at Old Trafford. He also scored a brilliant strike in the 3-0 victory at Tottenham on October 30.

As if that wasn't enough, the Portugal international then won his side a point in Italy by scoring a brace to claim a 2-2 draw with Atalanta in the Champions League.

As for Messi, he has played fewer minutes than Ronaldo so far. He made his PSG debut as a substitute versus Stade de Reims. In his cameo appearance, he displayed some neat touches and passes without exerting himself too much.

His first PSG start came on Champions League matchday one as the French giants travelled to take on Club Brugge.

Messi scored his first goal for PSG on September 28 with a brilliant curling effort in the 2-0 Champions League victory over Man City, the team coached by his former manager Pep Guardiola.

He added another two goals in the 3-2 Champions League win against Leipzig on October 10.

Both Ronaldo and Messi made a slow start to the 2021-22 season when it comes to creating goals for their teammates.

Indeed, so far Ronaldo has one assist while Messi has none.

Cristiano didn’t get his first assist of the season until October 30 when he set up Edinson Cavani in the 3-0 win at Tottenham

I am so heartbroken this morning as my landlord has just sent me a rent increment of about 30% of the initial amount. This is a house I have just moved into February 2020 and I have barely spent two years only for house rent to increase.
Where would I get additional money to pay when my salary has not increased and inflation and prices of everything has equally increased for me.
I have tried to plead to no avail with the children insisting I must pay the new rent because their father is late. The house rent as it is is already overpriced and adding increase to it is not worth it but in Lagos we are always at landlord's mercy.
I will appreciate if anybody can advise on what I can do on this injustice on the part of my landlord's children. To those praying the youth should take over governance in Nigeria, trust me this country would be far worse off if that happens cos our injustice to ourselves is even far worse that the old generation. This children increasing rents are of my age and they are doing what I'm sure their father would not have done if he was alive.
Please I need advice on what to do.
