Well in yankee one can receive life for knowingly giving someone HIV and not informing the partner. Its not a crime of nature, its crime you might as well put a gun to a person and pull the trigger. Knowingly giving someone aids is murder.

yeah because i think i remember seeing that on law and order:svu one of my favorite shows.
i think i remember watching an episode where the guy was arrested for knowingly having HIV and not telling his partner or something like that.
i cant exactly put my finger on it, but i knew it was something like that.
