The continuous means of letting people decide who is miss Nairaland by calling for votes and campaigning makes it very much a popularity contest. There is not a single modicum of intelligence exhibited in this contest.

The trend is getting old, and very annoying... May be that's why almost, if not all the winners of this contest, become dormant and docile, after winning.
