Incase you didn't know being considered a jews(esp white jewish population) is commonly equated with being a descendant of the israelites/israel, and they even consider themselves as an ethnicity in America. He is an american by birth as many people are. If i were to commit a crime, people would pass judgement on me for haven a Nigerian/yoruba name,even though i was born in America. THERES THAT DOUBLE STANDARD. whites have against blacks esp Nigerians.

Why cant these guys who committed the crime be identifed as americans and not a by their nationality/ethnicity like Madoff?

we are here saying Nigerians/yorubas this and that because we see yoruba names but what if they're american citizens. IN AMERICA THEY ARE SUPPOSETO BE CONSIDERED AMERICANS OR AFRICAN AMERICANS (that double standard they have against black americans also).

I would like to make a suggestion to everyone who gets a scammer email. I know some people say not to reply t but i think we should reply giving them a short and simple lecture on the consquences their actions have on nigeria, may some of them would listen, actually i doubt it , but i think its worth a try

Has anyone one ever asked why only Nigerias name comes up when online fraud related matters come up? Has anyone bothered to ask if we are the only african nation with access to the internet. Has anyone asked if it is true the civilised world truly hate black africans, why is it that we do not hear of kenyans or ghanaians or togolese or algerians or zimbabeans, (i can go on and on) being linked to these types of fraud. A boy of 20 buys a Murano and he is celebrated as having arrived. No question is asked about the source of his wealth. Over here your paycheck structure is tuned to make authorities notice if you are spending beyond your means. These fools come here and think they can live and spend the way they do back home. hmmm bad idea. When they are caught ome of our brothers back home then withdraw into self denial. I do not receive such emails anymore. I think that system doesn't work anymore.

I am not saying Nigerians should do 419, but the leaders should implement a department that handles national security issues by all means necessary. Put me in Abuja for just 3yrs and some of our problems will be a thing of the past. ( I am not political, just good ideas)

1st we stop all united nations aid program because they're used as a form of control. show me one country that became advanced with united nations programs. Most of the give aways are carefully setup to sabotage the recipient country industries.

2nd The issue of electricity is simple. We should partner with an american company like CON-EDISION. ( IT IS WISE TO INVITE DEVELOPMENT FOR INFRACSTRUCTURE IN YOUR OWN BACKYARD). We have many ways to go to create light. Solar is emerging as a viable technology ( I would spy, bribe and acquire this technology for our growth). No more excuses after 49 yrs of independence

3rd We must embark with immediate effect on producing our own guns, tanks and other defensive and offensive weapons. We can not be free when we don't even produce common bullets. Most "Oyinbo" pray to God but have the best killing machines in whole world.

4th Viciously eliminate bribery and corruption because that is how 'Oyinbos' controls us. Nigerians will follow when examples by the leaders can be seen, after all the tail only follows the head.

5th Create proper rule of law that should apply to every body. No country can progress unless justice is implemented in an impartial manner.

Not to digress from the main post, The only crimes are by Nigerain leaders that lack foresight, genuine planning, no love of fellow nigerians, pure looting of the treasury, and mental shackles imposed by outside agents in various disguises. Compared to other countries Nigerians are saints when it comes to criminal deeds. If you disagree, then you need a good education on our history and how we became a weakling instead of a giant Nation.

Easier said than done. Bola Ige tried it in the energy sector and was sabotaged by the Northern mafia. To add insult to injury, his own kinsmen murdered him for being an upright citizen.

I always reply and either lead them on for about 3 weeks and them make an idiot of them at the end or i just cuss them out with a very ugly monkey that i always send as an attachment.

I will continue to lead them on and WASTE their time, i think i shoulD extent it to one month so they have one month of toiling in VAIN, tongue

According to an affidavit filed in federal court here by Special Agent Curtis Chapa of the Secret Service, the scheme was led by Bashiru Fowoshere, 36, and carried out by other Nigerian immigrants he recruited. Here is how it worked:

Since at least October 2007, Fowoshere, several family members and others have fraudulently used Capital One Bank access device numbers to get cash from more than 170 Twin Cities-area ATMs. The group bought the numbers, along with other account information such as PINs, Social Security numbers and mothers' maiden names, from the Internet. The charges don't indicate where the victims lived.

After they purchased the account information, the suspects contacted Capital One customer service to change the PINs to something only they knew. After taking over the accounts, the suspects would then use computers to re-encode their own credit cards, putting the victim's account information on the magnetic strips of the cards they used to withdraw cash.

The suspects converted the cash to cashiers checks and bought luxury vehicles, such as Mercedes Benzes and Cadillac Escalades, before shipping them to Nigeria for resale "at inflated prices," according to the affidavit.[/size]

In order to acquire more account information, Fowoshere and others would wire cash to a man in the Ukraine, the affidavit said, and the process would start again. [/b]Investigators used surveillance cameras at ATMs, bank receipts and bank records found in the suspects' trash, transaction records for the wire transfers and other records to connect the fraud to the group, according to the affidavit. According to an informant, [b]"Bashiru Fowoshere is the organizer of this large criminal operation."

The affidavit went on to say that Fowoshere is considered a community leader in the local Nigerian community[/size] "because he will supply local Nigerians with money for various uses."

On Tuesday, Fowoshere's house in Ramsey was empty. A UPS sticker, dated from Friday, was affixed to the front door, saying a package needed his signature.[/b] The Fridley apartments of two of his co-defendants, Adekunle Ayeni, 27, and Olayemi Banjoko also were empty. A sign on Ayeni's door told him that the locks had been changed and that he should "contact the management office to get a new key for your apartment."

Those three were each charged with one count of bank fraud and one count of access device fraud. Facing the same charges are: Yewande Sholebo, Adewale Alli, Idowu Sadiq, Abiodun Bunjoko, Oyetoyin Atlobatele, Titilayo Fowoshere (Bashiru's wife), Oriyomi Olowsago, ages unknown, and Ajibola Fowoshere, 34.

Unfortunately i had a pretty close friend who fell victim to the same greed and is today cooling his heels behind bars . . . so sad. 40 yrs in prison is no joke . . . that's the loss of an entire lifetime.

The best advice an uncle gave me 4 yrs ago when i first came to this country was to stay clear of Nigerians . . . i'm glad i heeded that advice.

There are people who have amnesia, withdraw into self denial and actually approve of 419. how can someone say it is okay for a 20 year old with no job to buy and be driving around in a murano in Nigeria. Compared with the percentage of 20 year olds in the country where youths of that age are entering colleges and do not have jobs. na wa oh. he also claims that people of that age go about buying posh cars in the US also. I do not know which films you have been watching but i have never seen people of that age with cars and lifestyles like that here unless you want the cops on your tail. There is a difference between driving a nice car and a posh car. People like this who see nothing wrong with these actions are a direct threat to our psychy and our society. sjeezy8 if you do not see anything wrong with this then you must be a 419 sympathizer or worse still one of them.
