The diagnosis, it seems, is Atopy. This is a general term that indicates allergic tendenccies ranging from the mild Hay Fever (Allergic Rhinitis) to the more sever Asthma.
Clearly, yours seems to be Hay Fever.
What to do is to avoid those things you have noticed that would trigger-off yet again, another allergic reaction - dust, pollen, etc, which you have rightly identified.
A prescription from your doctor, if and when you have a reaction, would equally be helpful in cancelling the allergic reaction.
Hi. I strongly suggest you go see your Gynaecologist. There are some contraceptive options that could give rise to this and might make it difficult to resume child-bearing if not rightly controlled by a specialist - the Gynae.
If the condom breaks, a single shot of the right antibiotic injection or a short course of a broad-spectrum oral antibiotic, should prevent Bacterial STD (but not Viral STDs like Herpes or HIV infection).
The woman can use a post-coital contraceptive such as Postinor - this has to be within 8 hours of the sexual encounter, however.

Please see your doctor. They would likely have you do a pelvic ultrasound scan. The possibility of a pregnancy (and its viability), would then be confirmed or refuted.
Particularly if the ulcers appear for no apparent reason, they are likely to be Apthous Ulcers. They have no specific, known cause. They heal-up by themselves inside two weeks. Avoiding minute trauma to the tongue, gums and mouth mucosa (inner lining) - such as when one is fund of chewing bone, etc - may help prevent. Another tip might be to observe better oral hygiene which includes brushing your teeth 2 to 3 times per day.
I'll have to assume that by heart pain, you refer to a central chest pain - and if it is burning in nature, it is likely to be Reflux Oesophagitis (commonly, Heart Burn). It is caused by the reflux of the acidic content of the stomach, in a backward flow to the gullet (oesophagus).
Avoiding over-eating or late night meals, could prevent this. Also, certain foods like Garri or Beans, are known to trigger this in some individuals.

Hi. I wonder, is this fellow overweight? He seems to have a bad case of Indigestion.
A number of things can give rise to inefficient motility and digestion within the Alimentary System. Wrong timing of meals, over-eating, quality of the diet, and so forth. Disease states like Ulcers and Absorption Disorders (e.g. Lactose Intolerance) are causes, too.
Let him go have a further consultation with his doctor then.
|Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by surgeon(m): 1:32am On Dec 03, 2010|
Yes, it could be an infection of the Urethra. Possibly also, a sore at the opening. Let him do a check-up.
Ampiclox is a good prescription for Boils. But, were they used in the right dosages and for the correct duration? The Ringworm - Taenia Cruris - should be treated with a Clotrimazole cream such as Canesten, applied twice daily for one week.
At the given rate you eat Beans, there should be no problem or side-effects, generally speaking.
Find out if you have Plaques or other possible periodontal problems - see a Dentist. Other causes of mouth odour include mouth ulcers, indigestion and foods with strong odours recently ingested - oily fish for example.
I need to get a bigger picture in order to be of help.

Doctor in the house,
Formerly it was itchy but after some application of creams mentioned earrlier it stopped but the problem i have now is that the place are dark/reddish in colour that i cannot expose it in public places. what i want now is something that i can apply to it so that it will blend with my colour because am fair in complexion. i want you to also observe something, am thinking if it was cream reaction though i have been using the cream for the past three years. the name of the cream is CAROLINE. Please kindly recommend something that will clear it off. Also i think my mum used to have something like that before she died early this year.
Concerning the ear problem i did ear swab then and everything was normal according to the doctor but i was given medication which subsided it after for like two -three months it started again. Mayebe i should go for the ENT but if you can direct me to a good doctor i will really appreciate it because i do not know any ENT doctor.

Hello. I'm going to suggest here, after reading the array of events in your health that you have posted, that:
1) It doesn't appear that there is any major health issue - so this is a good thing.
2) The three different blood pressure measurements are not alarmingly high. Again, it appears they were measured by an electronic-based sphigmomanometer which is not as reliable sometimes, as compared with the mercury sphigmomanometer.
3) By and large, I think your complaints suggests that the problem can best be solved by trusting a doctor's opinion, advice and management plan - not herbal remedies, nor lab. test interpretations Teaching hospoital or not, and so forth. Empty your cup of health assumptions when you come in front of a doctor and let him direct the consultation experience, while you in return ask, ask and ask questions for clarification, never assuming - BY SO DOING, YOU GET THE BEST RESULT OUT OF EVEN THE LEAST MOTIVATED DOCTOR.
Hello. I've sent you a PM.

Thanx Doc, i really appreciate that, one more thing sir,d last time i was at home('m in school),i tried making love with my girlfriend(d very first time since we started dating), after some discussion and argument, she surrendered herself for me, i notice at d upper part(hairy part) of her genital, just above the opening,i saw something that swell up like a spherical boil(it's obviously not a boil) there, i felt it with my hand and i couldnt do anything on her again, i didnt want to put myself in another trouble, i didnt even know y my body came down so quick, i later asked her what was that when we talked on phone but she told me it's normally there when she's about getting her menstruation(around that period sha), i didnt really bliv that but 'm waiting to get home and see if it's still going to b there, i want you to please give me advice on what could be her problem, i know of people that undergo pain during their period but this case is kind of strange which makes me think otherwise, i dont want to assume , thank you very much

Please Dr, I have a friend that has been complaining of fluid like sensation going around her body, even inside her head and in her private part. She said it comes from the back head, down to her neck, then down her back body then it will flow down to her private part, then to her leg, mind you, all these things are going on inside her, She has been to doctors and there was no help from them. She has some pain at the left back waist, at times it stays there for some hours, than it will disappear for some seconds, only to appear again. Please, what is the problem with her.

Hey, im a 20 year old virgin and I would accredit that to my low self asteem about my body and about my penis size. Recently however Ive started taking crystal meth( I know all the dangers, but I feel I just need to lose some weight and have the self confidence to just meet a few girls.) I am not a romantic person and I dont really believe in love, but that still doesnt give me the confidence I need to be self confident like I am now. Ive met a girl and things are going more than well and im pretty sure she wants sex tommorow as she has just finished her period and told me explicitly that she wants to have sex.
What am I to do? I dont know anything exept what ive read on the basic first time advice and so on. She ofcourse doesnt know that im a virgin and im not telling her(cant change my mind on this one) Also Im on meth and its now 2 am so there are only a couple hours left untill I see her again. Wil I ruin my sexlife on the first go if I have sex on meth as a virgin? also would it help me to last longer? I need an answer asap plz Im panicking over here.

ruhu, how old is your friend. the headaches this person is getting, is it something new. As a general rule, my practice is to rule out any treatable cause for headaches before I label it migraine. Dehydration is a common cause of headaches for example. With saying that, there are lots of tablets designed for migraine specifically

Dentist in the House
There are two categories of staining as it relates to the teeth: extrinsic staining and intrinsic staining.
Extrinsic stains are those that appear on the surface of the teeth as a result of exposure to dark-coloured beverages, foods and tobacco, and routine wear and tear. Superficial extrinsic stains are minor and can be removed with brushing and prophylactic dental cleaning. Stubborn extrinsic stains can be removed with more involved efforts, like teeth bleaching.
Persistent extrinsic stains can penetrate into the dentin and become ingrained if they are not dealt with early. Intrinsic stains are those that form on the interior of teeth. Intrinsic stains result from trauma, ageing, exposure to minerals (like tetracycline) during tooth formation and/or excessive ingestion of fluoride.
The side effects of teeth whitening.
Chemical burns to the soft tissues from gel bleaching
Rebound, or teeth losing the bleached effect, particularly with the intensive treatments
Pain if you have "sensitive teeth" caused by open dentinal tubules.
But as we age the teeth become darker, so dont expect bleaching to be a permanent solution. In office bleaching is very expensive and will require you to return to the dental office a couple of times.
For the mean time, you can try crest whitening strips over the counter available in stores.
For home made remedies, you can start with baking soda

ruhu, if he can afford it, I will suggest a ct scan of the head to exclude any pathology that is treatable or serious. If that is negative then you can put it down as migraine. That is my practice here. If you are in Nigeria and if too costly then, diagnosis has to be fully clinical. There are several specific anti migraine medication that local neurologist can offer
