He already knew such amount of money will definitely be traced into his account and reversed hence, there was no need to display any joy wish will be cut short soon. More reason why he didn't bother to spend it personally. I like his spirit though because he could still spend a little for himself even though he knew it will soon be reversed. |

stillThere are several openings through which some of these animals(rats, snakes, lizards e.t.c ) can gain entrance into the car. I think it will advisable to always leave your car engine running for some few minutes before driving it. This can scare them away letting them know that the owner is around. |

There's really nothing wrong in starting preparation now even if the date of exam has not been announced. Some are slow learners and they are aware of this weakness. So the best thing is to manage it rather than allow it to pull you down. |

specialguest: If only some of our parents had foresight then and bought those 'bushes' surrounding Hilton, we would have been billionaires by now...This is what normally comes to our mind whenever we talk about areas with plots of land being sold for millions. You see, such decision is difficult to take even though I know some people are good at identifying areas of massive development in future. For instance, how would someone in Lagos(a place which was far better in terms of development than Abuja at that time) buy land in that bushy Abuja where he could still buy land at iyana ipaja, ikotun, ikorodu, ogba e.t.c in 1987? Who could ever have envisaged that a coup will lead to relocation of seat of power to Abuja in 1991 and consequently, massive development? Most land owners there bought theirs after the relocation and not when seat of power was still in Lagos. And if some saw the prospect of high ROI in land after Babangida moved to Abuja, how many could still afford to go there and buy land? The bottom line is that foresight hardly come to play when buying land in areas where there's no SINGLE SIGN or HOPE of development in future. Availability of funds too is another issue. 2 Likes |
