But what if you don't know that the person you are dealing with is a policeman? Obviously, the victim didn't know he was a police probably because he went there in mufti. I suspect he must have rudely intervened though that's not enough reason for him to be shot. You can't compare them with fresh bodies from the water with probably no bodily injuries. However, I understand your point that we don't value lives the way this people do. A perfect pix of comparison is the pix of the recent killings of students by Boko Haram. Their bodies were laid just like in this first pix but with no coverings and were clustered together.

That's what they do. They take advantage of situation. This shouldn't be new to us anymore as it also happened last year at Dana crash site. They pretend they are available for selfless service but their target is to search for valuable stuff of the victims.
