it's been long though...learnt how to download it here on nairaland.

think you'll have to download 3apps together "google account" "blackberry google ID" and "playstore".

auchi— SEVERAL students of Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State,
yesterday, sustained various degree of injuries, following violent
protest over alleged refusal by the institution’s management to
allow some part-time students, who had not paid their school fees,
to sit for examination.







Vehicles belonging to staff and the institution were damaged and
offices vandalised during the riot that lasted for over four hours.
Vanguard gathered that the institution’s security personnel
allegedly triggered the riot when they prevented some students,
who had not paid their school fees, from writing the examination in
accordance with management’s directives.

It was also gathered that some of the students, who forced their
ways into examination halls, had their examination booklets torn.
The students were said to have resisted, insisting that they be
allowed to write the examinations with other students, a
development which led to the protest.






The students were said to have lamented the new policy of no-fees
no-examination, by the new Rector.






When contacted, the institution’s Public Relations Officer,
Mustapher Oshiobugie, confirmed the incident, but said the
situation has been brought under control.





He blamed the riot on students, who had not been properly
registered by paying their fees, adding that no student sustained
injury.
He said: “Some students, who have not paid their school fees are
the ones fomenting trouble on campus. Properties have also been
destroyed by these same students. The situation has, however,
been brought under control.”









Mr. Oshiobugie, who disclosed that the management of the
polytechnic was holding a meeting at press time, added that the
school had be shut down until further notice.
