thank god i asked.. 1st in the browning of the meat u add minced carrots and celery. secondly once the fat melts outta d meat u deglaze with red wine then u add the tomatoes. u don't use ricotta cheese or anything u use besciamella (technical term) made with oil or butter flour milk nutmeg and black pepper.. i mean the lasagna call it nigerian style lasagna. coz italian lasagna is completely different sources: lived in italy for 13 years and graduated at the school of culinary art. |

i am currently dating an illiterate that knows only how to write his name. he even needed help once to spell NIGERIA. just to clarify the boundaries of his knowledge never mind that.. before dating he humbly told me that he wasn't literate. i told him not to worry because as long as he was willing to learn i would gladly do the teaching. that was a year ago. and now i regret my decision because not only he his too proud to admit (NOW) he doesn't know, he'd rather have a fight (quarrel) with me than learn. if he makes mistakes and i correct him he suddenly gets angry and starts yelling (shouting) he thinks he knows too much and in fact with his illiterate friends when they speak (blissfully) in their ignorance it hurts my ears to hear so much stupidity. he once told me during a fight " do u think you are better than me because u went to school?? who do u think u are always judging me and weighing every single word i say" i was dumbfounded.. this and other insults were on a daily basis. then last but not least he humiliated my mother insulting her in front of everyone during Christmas and when i asked for explanations he simply told me she insulted me first why wont i insult her?? i asked him how would u feel if i did that u ur own mum.. in his stupidity he answered well u can insult her if u want.. i mean how stupid can one ever be?? most will think what am i still doing with him. well i got pregnant and no matter how, i believe in doing everything i can to have a family, that is i don't want to be part of single mothers and baby mammas. so if my circumstances were different my answer would be HELL NO 2 Likes |

i tried it once.. dating an ex that is coz d first time parting was awkward confusing and rushed then we re-dated for about 2 months or so and it was hell his constant jealousy of whom i had seen when we broke up the continue humiliation telling me he didn't do anything because obviously i was more important to him that he to me the fact that i couldn't talk to him because for a strange reason he felt he was superior and started calling me names.. meeeen once a ex always a ex. never again will i do that mistake there's a reason why the breaking up happened in the first place 1 Like |

hunnie, i'm also like ur g/f, i keep recieving calls from boys, but that doesn't mean i allow them to stick it in my doughnut hole, as for my reason it's bcoz i'm quite smart in my area, (pple not saying i'm smarter than all of em just went to higher grade than them) so they keep calling me for favors and since i'm a girl they think they can sweet talk me to do their tasks without payment, (coz i make them pay for my service, no mis-interpretion pls) so my b/f which i love so much is quite jealous, and keep saying that he doesn't like the fact i speak with them, and he arrives to actually time me and count the seconds i stay on the phone with them if it's more or less than his, i mean, i'm a girl i like compliments and attention but that doesn't mean i betraying him, or havin second thoughts, same thing if a guy being with his g/f sees a hot girl and start looking-commenting-whistling-etc so guy chill up, a girl can't have all that lovers, |
