Please I want to understand this EduBond. Is It more like block acct right. After paying my deposit to school. I will transfer some relative amount to the Edu bond to show to VO that I can carter for my fees and accommodation.

Simple response is, yes, it's 'more like block acct'. You'll only have access to it when you get to Ireland.

Your reference number starts with IRL******** input that on VFS global Ireland, you must follow the normal process like you want to apply for appointment, then track it through that medium, you must select Nigeria-> Ireland at the homepage then (book now) then (track now) then (track your visa application status online) input your reference No and then you must input your date of birth then complete the captcha and finally submit.

One way if you are going to study unless you want to leave the return open, if not one way will be fine.
