nkigirl: Hah! Different opinions from different people, and it's so confusing. Even the tweet isn't clear with reference to my situation. I need to know so I don't do the wrong thing. The current passport is very new and doesn't have any stamps or markings or visas. All the visas, stamps and markings are on 2 older and expired passports. We will of course include all info in the travel history and provide all PCC as required. But, based on the tweet and experiences of other people, did anyone only upload the current passport even if it did not contain all the info you put in your travel history I uploaded only the current passports on e-APR even though the older passports contained more travel history. Of course, I included the travel history of the older passport on the e-APR. Don't be confused please. I only shared what IRCC requires, feel free to follow your heart. Some have done same and there were no issues. All the best! |

cochtrane: Curiously enough, this doesn't actually say you shouldn't upload scans of visas/stamps from older passports. You can as well interpret this to meet you only need to upload datapage from only current passport, but still upload stamps/visas from older passport. Take note that the question said "passports that bear former names and visa/stampings..." The answer includes "...you don't need to provide previous versions". I haven't read that anyone was penalised for uploading previous passports. In the end, everyone should do what makes them sleep well at night NB: If you decide to upload former passports, ensure that the current one appears first (especially if they have been merged a single file) so that an impatient IRCC agent would not think you have provided expired passports. Someone's application was cancelled/rejected because the agent missed the current one and had to raise CSE/get another ITA. Can't remember if it was here or the CV Forum. Looping: nkigirl |

nkigirl: Good morning all. I think there is one particular question that has not been clarified fully. For travel history, I know that you are supposed to upload data page and stamped pages for your current travel document. What I want to know is: 1)For your past passports, are you also supposed to include them as part of travel history? As in upload the stamped pages and data pages too. For all the trips you have done within the last 10 years? 2) For the countries with less than 6 months stay over the last 10 years, are you also supposed to show the stamped passages or only for the ones for over 6 months 3) Are you also supposed to scan your visa pages? For the current and old passports?
Thanks :-) 1. Only your valid passport are required to be uploaded. See IRCC's tweet below 2. Scan all the markings on your current passport e.g. visa stamps, etc 3. Refer to no. 2

Kontagious: I dislike to be a party pooper but if you're at the stage of requesting transcript from your alma mater, you might want to do all within your reach to have it sorted ASAP as the three non-academic unions of universities (SSANU, NASU and NAT) might be joining ASUU's strike come next week Wednesday. Outcome of a referendum from the three bodies is expected to be submitted on Wednesday, that will decide their course of action. @Issyman @codebrew85 @Saintp Maybe you should wait for the outcome of their meeting/get updates before you cancel your pending application with IQAS. Better to have a delayed assessment than none at all due to transcript. You may wish to go ahead if transcripts have been obtained for ICES already. Looping: Hephgirl |

Issyman: This is for all waiting for ECA report from IQAS. I called their customer service some mins ago and the information the lady gave me shocked and decide to inform others too in order to make a good decision. The rep.told me that they are still working on transcripts received up to July 18th while 19th and above still on queue. More over, the 9 to 10 weeks processing period starts when they send u acknowledgement mail. Also, for fresh applications that are yet to receive the first mail, they are still on July 28th. So if your application is yet to be keyed into their system, we are free to apply for refund of the of application fee excluding the courier fees. Thought it's worth sharing as I am applying for the refund asap. Thanks for sharing this. In view of this development, intending applicants may consider ICES as an alternative to IQAS. Those who attended universities that are known for responding swiftly to verification may consider WES. |

Thanks.
@40manlappy; @mummyjaygirls and other gurus. Tbh, I am not sure about this but I think it should be ok. See if they can prepare it in CIC format otherwise support with at least 6 months account statements. A community bank is also a financial institution |

Remxyj: Hello House.... Here's my Timeline
Aor: July 5 Medical passed: July 21 Ip1: (I missed it) NA: July 22 ADR: August 1 (RPRF) Ip2: August 17 PPR: August 22 (Family of 2 but I'm Adding a dependant now)
My application was nothing close to perfect but when God is involve protocols are suspended. We made a huge deposit of about 95% of our pof 3 weeks to submission, that alone gave me sleepless nights but I just had to trust God. We decided not to write a letter to explain that cos we realized expalnaing sometimes put you out there for too much screening and really there was nothing to explain except lies. Secondly out of my desperacy to get more points before ITA I declared that I had a relative in Canada who's actually my cousin but I ticked her as my aunty cos I was not given that cousin option and I wanted points from adaptability. When it was time to proof the relationship after receiving ITA, my eyes cleared that have actually given a wrong information but I went ahead to submit all her documents and this was over looked and not counted as misrepresentation. Thirdly, when my husband tried to pick up his reference letter from his place of work, the company insisted on giving a letter covering just 3 years and we already declared in our application that he has been with them for 4 years but the company said he worked as a contract staff the first year so they won't be including that. We sha collected letter like that and We never wrote a letter to explain this too. My fingers hurts already but trust me there are still so many errors, like verifying with Wes instead of PBEC and so on. I even forgot to declare that I was ones denied a U.K. Visa. Don't have any travel history doh. This journey has taught me a lot of things and please let's try so hard to reduce our explanations especially when not asked. May the Lord perfect this journey for us all. Congratulations to you and all other PPR recipients Few takeaways from and comments on your testimony: LOE is necessary when you have something to explain e.g. a seeming inconsistency that could be easily picked by a reviewer and which may lead to ADR, cancellation or a rejection. If you don't have an ironclad explanation for an issue or if it would be lies (which they may eventually pick out), it may be better to just submit required documents and hope for the best just like you did. Your hubby already had the maximum points required for EE (3 years) so the work reference appears okay. Could have been seen as a minor error. That you forgot your visa denial was an omission. Applicants should not think this is a norm but rather an exception. Many have gotten away with this or simply get ADRs while some were not so fortunate. Every application is unique. What works for one person may not work for another. Once again, I rejoice with you. Congrats! |

Until they got overwhelmed. . I.would advice that prospective applicants try this one and give us feedback. Makes sense. Intending applicants better consider this before they are overwhelmed like IQAS Thanks for sharing @Trikings2000 |
