Please do you know when the next session will hold in Lagos. Thanks
If it's of any use, the following were the available dates when someone made enquiries recently. Note that you have to register first before you can be assigned a date.

Please how can one prepare Canadian resume?
Have you registered for the "Planning for Canada" session? If you have not, I suggest that you do. One of the online programs that you will be enrolled in is on how to write resumes.

Yes I am.

I have an Employment counselor already, she avails me opportunity to develop my resume through Ometz.

Lots of materials to read.

Most importantly she works with timeline.

Trying to seize all the online opportunities o!

Thank you bro!
Great! Well done bro. It is an opportunity to prepare ahead. What many people have come to realize is that once you have PPR/COPR, time seem to be running very fast! cheesy

ANNOUNCEMENT: UPCOMING IOM SESSION IN IBADAN (JANUARY 2018)
IOM is trying to organize "Planning for Canada" sessions for those who have passed medical/PPR/COPR in Ibadan. "Planning for Canada" is a free pre-arrival service funded by the Government of Canada. However, for this to be actualized, a minimum of 15 candidates are required for a session. If you are a resident of any of the states in the Southwest apart from Lagos, this is a great opportunity as you would not have to travel all the way to Lagos. Please register on https://www.planningforcanada.ca

Driving through the ajegunle of Regina. Its -17 but with the wind, feels like -26. We have so far enjoyed a warm december until it started dropping low about 2days ago.
This "Ajegunle" makes sense grin grin

Hi 40manlappy

Quite a mouthful, your name...

I'm also arriving with my wife in April. Where are you landing,if i may ask? We are thinking about sharing a temporary place(airbnb) with any other couple arriving in april .We are coming into Toronto though. Not sure if this is a good idea but i know if we pool resources...we can get something really nice. If anyone's interested, please feel free to contact me so we can hatch out the plan.

N.B: this offer is only for couples(i.e husband and wife). No offense to married folks with kids.

Thanks
Lol @"mouthful" cheesy

I am landing in Ottawa. I think you should consider bbaby84's suggestions and others that have been shared on this thread.

@bbaby84 No offence taken my sister. Some unions in Unilag are on strike, that may be responsible for the delay. Let's see in the "other room" cool
