Pls under which section of the constitution says Senate P. Can take over the office of the president? Or have the N.assembly amended the constitution?

If your driver's license is going through the renewal process, FRSC would normally give you a temporary slip. You can even check the validity of your driver's license on the FRSC website. If you procure your license without going to the FRSC and having your biometrics captured, it is fake. It doesn't matter if you can drive well.

It is not in all situations they give slip. In the case of collective processing of license like for companies, ministries, the FRSC don't give any slip. And in the case of biometric not available in their database is due to the FRSC inefficency, it happen to me, when I want to renew mine initially I was able to key in my details and I printed the form(renewal) but I didn't continue with the process because I am to travel out and I thought I don't need Naija license to drive in that country. Eventually, I need a valid Naija license to be able to process the country's license, I was told to renew the old one at Naija embassy, and I went to the site to download the renewal form again because I left the one I downloaded initially in Naija, the site was saying my biometric is not found- my data doesn't exist.

This is to tell you our system is not functioning unlike in other countries, they will only need your Passport no. to know your details if you have license and other documents or not.
