Do you know why there can be no coup in the west, because they practice real democracy- delegation/devolution of powers. countries like UK, US, Germany, Canada etc all have autonomous regional or state government. since power is not concentrated at the centre there is nothing to takeover. since Nigerian elites have decided not to restructure then there will always be the possibility of coup either in this govt or the next.
