Hairy is trying to prove wrong what God has aproved, he is trying to curse those whom God has blessed. That is why his brain is malfunctioning since he is determined to become another Balaam whom Satan used to curse God's people during the time of Moses(Deuteronomy 23:4-6)but he is not aware that we now have a greater Moses in our midst now in person of Jesus Christ(Matthew 28:20) so "No weapon formed against JWs shall prosper and every tongue that rises up against JWs shall be silenced because we're the blessed children of Jehovah and our righteousness(even though is rendering Hairyrapunzel insane as he can't figure out why we're highly commended everywhere) is from Jehovah!" Isaiah 54:17

The whole congregation were always involved in decision making. Your guy removed a vital part of an information to deceive people into believing it was just the apostles and church leaders that made the decision. The bible said otherwise.
