It is business and if you are not on it, I suggest you get in fast. Heck, I just saw the show 17 and still counting , and even they make ends meet that way.  Not sure why it would become an issue when it comes to owning property in NIgeria.

You don't even have to make $4000 a month to get a property, rent out the top floor or something, to get enough to pay for the whole house if possible. Heck, over here people are in business with it. Even college students dey do am for here, and housing programs that help people pay off their rents here FUEL the industry big time. I(f you can get tenants from such programs, that is guaranteed rent each month for the lease period. I know cause I used to work on such a program.
