Ozkar: Salami was never CJN, he was President of the Court of Appeal, and it was NJC that suspended him. I never said he was, I gave an instance about the Sanusi suspension because the President at the time didn't have the power to remove him. Please read section 11 of the Interpretation Act. |

Ozkar: It's outright disregard for separation of power.
They aren't even bothering to hide their determination to oust the CJN before he appoints tribunal judges. Suspend the CJN who wouldn't bend to your wishes, and put Buhari's kin who would then install judges who would in turn rape justice after APC rigs the election and the results are contested.
In saner climes, this ought to spark a revolution.
I swear down, GEJ was a better man and a better Nigerian than this senile illiterate tyrant. It's unfortunate the majority of Nigerians are cowardly and either shortsighted or plain stupid.
Shame on all of you that have sold your consciences and the future of Nigeria. To be fair this was the same thing GEJ did to "Suspend" Sanusi cos he didn't have the power to fire him. Read section 11 below http://www.nigeria-law.org/Interpretation%20Act.htm |

MT: Yes he does. The president can SUSPEND but he cannot REMOVE. A case of Jonathan "suspending" the then CBN governor , Lamido Sanusi readily comes to mind. Also, Jonathan "suspending" Ayo Salami. Seeing a smart person in the middle of a mob action is rare. God bless you and the folks that worked hard to educate you. |

Goldenventures: It is wrong to say only programmers are needed. Actually it is not even the case. Because of people from india, most of the africans who work as programmers are rather low - Middle level in the firm. High level development is done by pure germans and indians.
Electricians, Construction engineers, statistics experts, anything that has to do with technology, is highly demanded. The average salary of somebody studying "machinenbau" (Machine construction) is 40% higher than that of a programmer. So don't believe the hype you hear about programmers. If you are good in electronics, electro-technics, you are highly welcome here.
2 - As a student you are not allow to do freelance jobs (officially). But many people do side freelance works Cash in hand kind of. So you can always find things to do if you are a good graphic designers. This is not peculiar to Germany.
3- I have no idea about the nigerian grading system. I can't be of help there. I really hate to argue or derail but your 1st paragraph is 100% false. At least I know four Senior Engineers recruited straight from Naija, two at Delivery Hero, one at N26 and yours truly. Had to debunk this so it doesn't affect the confidence of any Nigerian Software Engineer that reads your comment. |

dominusgai: I don't know if you ara a Christian, but if you insist on not helping your family, you should not bother helping strangers, it is stron hypocrisy as all part of the bible preaches that charity begins at home.
Secondly, no transgenerational wealth can come about without extended families bond. Read about all wealthy families that has had wealth for over 100 years, they involved their relatives.
One of the reasons the south south lacks family with wealth beyond 50 years is this mentality. You do now that Dangote was not the direct son of Dantata but the son of a relative. Read my statement again, at no point did I say relatives mustn't be helped. You can help them but you also have to keep them at arms length. You also can't talk about generational wealth with people that have an entitlement mentality. It can't work. |

Family › Re: Is My Mom To Blame For The Irresponsibility Of A 26 Year Old lady? by 4dor: 4:18pm On Jan 08, 2019 |
Ardar: Hi everyone,
I have a very serious family problem, my parents decided to take a female relative of ours from our home town to come live with us in Port Harcourt, due to the fact that she couldn't continue with her education and had to learn a skill.
This lady was enrolled in one of these computer centers to at least be a computer literate since non of my family members had the time to teach her and she wanted to learn.
Every morning she goes on an errand for my mom before moving along to learn in the computer center, not knowing she was dating and sleeping with a guy.
My mom never thought she would ever behave in such a stupid way, I mean coming to an unknown place for the first time and already dating a guy within a short period was something my mom never expected.
She got pregnant a month before Christmas, she told no one and waited till we all travelled back home to tell her mother. All of a sudden we started hearing rumors of how the girl we brought back home got pregnant and my mom was to blame for it.
This girls mother took out the all the blame on my mom and not her daughter, this woman said that my mother neglected her daughter to fall prey to men in the city but took care of me because am her own child, till today my mom and the ladies mother are not speaking to each other.
For Christs sake this lady is 26 years old and 4 years away from clocking 30, am younger than the lady and due to my introvert nature i tend to stay indoors and out of trouble not even because of my mom, if I wanted to become wild i would have, a long time ago.
So pls is my mom truly at fault here? Yes your mum is 100% at fault. Why? In this time and age she doesn't know you have to stay away from extended family members. |

Maybe she's beginning to see things straight. It will interest you to know she also has a leaked sex tape with a man... So I think she's bisexual. |

Teacher1776: He has started again. The usual APC antics-- Blame game. Didn't Fayose inherit backlog of unpaid salary from him (Fayemi?) This is how this idiot will continue to complain till his four years have expired. APC and blame game are one and the same. Are you ok? What backlog did Fayose inherit? Fayemi was only owing a month salary and this was because the state's allocation was not released by the FG at the time. If any of your family members went through this terrible period will you be saying this nonsense? If not for the grace of God and a good support system I wonder what would have happened to some of my family members. If you don't know zilch about a situation have the decency to keep quiet. |

If election was contested by OBJ and Buhari in Katsina state, OBJ will flaw Buhari.
