In short simple terms, buhari needs to rehire your company to help us fight boko haram?
And the best time to reiterate this point is when Nigeria just lost some of our gallant fighters?.

I hope Us army also called him for a contract hire when they lost 4,424 men in Iraq and 2,372 in Afghanistan .

Its very clear that boko haram has turned into a billion dollars industry with many benefactors(like the arms dealers, meceneries, defense contractors and corrupt government officials) and Nigerians the sole lossers (same losers still politicising it out of sheer ignorance).

One thing is certain about northeast, they have the violence ideology, and no amount of war can change it. They were the same matersina sect of the 80s, they had another one in the 90s and now 2012 till date, this are different Generation with same ideology.

Should we continue paying meceneries for are recurrent problem, since Goodluck paid in dollars few days to 2014 election, Buhari should also pay some days to 2019 elections. When are we going to end such cycle. Who even know if the beneficiary of the war are the ones arming boko haram
God bless you for this!

So true, Jonathan's regime was the best. Graduated @ 21, searched for non exiting job for four years yet no luck. @ 26 made my first milla via sports bet. I was among the first to venture into the biz in 2014 before its saturation, it was so profiting that i kept saving 200k monthly after expenses.

I got more outlets totaling 6. Profit kept skyrocketing not till this present regime of useless fools in government that made so many wrong economic decisions. With so many factors going against the biz like fuel moving from N65 to N145, my outlets started packing up one after the other.
You're looking it at it from one angle, the day most young people realised they could play bet online and cash out straight into bank accounts without letting the whole world know was the day outlets started dying.

Almost done with school but with the way it's going, It seems only school cannot do it. I've been greatly inspired by everything I've read here and taken the first step to contact a fellow student like me who might want to startup something with me.

However, Please I need mentorship from people here please.
Major is in computer science.

Yeah, I'm still in the process (yet to acquire any professional certificate), and I am just getting peanut jobs from project works from final years for now

Again, most multi-millionaires I know have their hands on more than one source of income.

People's comment just opened my eyes to see that there is some opportunity before me and I shouldn't wait till I get my professional certificate or get done with NYSC.

Are u also into web and graphics design? If yes, how are you hitting it big?
Loool @ professional certificate. Who told you that's the major criteria? I'd suggest you focus on one thing now once you become an expert in that feel free to diversify.

I've been a Software Developer for five years now and I can tell you it has totally changed my life. There are a lot of people in Naija that work for companies all over the world and they earn good income in $. I'm guessing you have a laptop, if yes go to https://medium.freecodecamp.org/ digest everything you see there and I can assure you your life will change by this time next year.

Haven't made up to 200k before ( just finished school and waiting for service).
My problem is, I just focus majorly on my skill (graphix design, web design and programming) which fetches small change rather than looking at the big picture.
My dad is an importer (imports second-hand TVs, laptop, fridges, clothes(okirika) and also groundnut oil and tomato straight from UK) but I dont know why I hardly put interest in that aspect. Maybe I not that business minded individual.

Please who knows how to do these importation business (majorly online) please, I'd like to gain mastery of it because no more pocket money henceforth, the real world has begun.

In case if you are interested in buying the above listed goods, please contact me. Let me start from somewhere.
You already have a skill that will make you millions. Why are you pivoting?

26.

I got a job. I still struggle to save cash in my account unless there's a pressing need for that. All I do is to keep buying lands in my state capital. Each time I try to build up savings, my sister would call me that some plots of land are available for sale. Resisting this has been my greatest struggle. I have to learn how to balance my financial life. That is making investments as well as keeping savings.
Do you have C of O for your landed properties? Are you 100% sure of ownership of these properties?

The thousands wey stay back for Germany. How are they faring. Most are into low-level Logistics jobs like Amazon or running from one temp agency to another. In all my sojourn in Europe, I have never met a Nigerian who could comfortably afford to rent a 3 bedroom with a car. Of what purpose is migration if I cannot live a better quality of life than the one I live back home.

Bros, I am not coming to search for job o. The one thing I am thankful of, is that Europe has exposed me to the many opportunities in Nigeria that I couldn't see before.

If you have a dream to earn fat salary as a developer, here comes a chance.
A number of reputable firms have real job offers for QUALIFIED developers (HND/Bsc/Btech holders) outside the shores of Nigeria. These offers include paid visas.
For more info, call +2348172862473 or Whatsapp +2348077836906
Please, note that you will be required to pay a fee before you have the resource needed to start your application.
(AS for a senior developer is $130k - $150k)
Qualified developers know the sites to visit to get these jobs without paying any fee. They also know how to view a company's career section. Move this rubbish to the romance section grin

A lot of people see the advancements being made in foreign countries, with Japan blazing the trail in technology, and they'll ask, 'which way Nigeria?'
Truly, which way?

When are we going to stop studying only theories and start putting them into practice and building real-life models?

Artificial intelligence is at a total zero in this country. The ones we have are never programmed here, or even if they are, foreign engineers come to do the work. Very bad.

Our universities teach outdated crap in Engineering departments. Very bad.

Nobody teaches students in IT related courses the basic fundamentals of neural networks and perceptrons. Heck, nobody even teaches machine learning or deployment of real life models here.

Artificial intelligence has no future here, unless we say it does. We are so caught up in the mental slavery that those things are for the advanced countries only, and we have no brains to foster them here. Not true. We can. It all starts with diving deep into the heart of programming and grasping as much as we can, focusing on deployment, not just syntax.

Please make your contributions, let's discuss a way forward.
I cringe when I see people that argue from a place of ignorance. You have no idea of the efforts of ML and AI experts yet you're here ranting. Lagos and Ibadan have a strong AI community, Google AI Saturdays, visit them, see the type of people involved in the project then come back and talk.

A while ago, Google opened shop for a strong AI team in Ghana, last time I checked they were recruiting. Apply, contribute your own quota to the development of AI in this region.

Two Bank hackathons happend in the past two months and they were both dedicated to developing ML, AI solutions. Were you involved?

What he should have done since 1983 esp.in 2003 rather he chose to privaricate with the "my certificate are with the military secretary" excuse.
Meanwhile the fear of lawsuits must have forced him to do this stunt.
WAEC doesn't add F9 subjects to the certificate, NECO does same too.
