KEVIND: 3 Reasons why Angela Merkel and Theresa May are coming to Nigeria
1.Migration and Terrorism - Merkel talks with Buhari will revolve around how to stem the influx of Nigerians to Germany and Europe through Libya.
2. Post-Brexit trade ties - UK seeks new business relationships outside of Europe, after the Brexit vote of June 2016.
3. Speaking with the private sector -May will hold meetings with private sector players in Nigeria’s commercial capital city of Lagos, before leaving the continent. PMB should ask for something in return from them. I pray he should not go about demeaning and de-market Nigeria and her people . You're smart! It's always a blessing to see right thinking Nigerians in the midst e-diots. |

maestroferddi: Where did he try?
I lived in Kilo area of Surulere for over 9 years traversing Fashola's two terms...May we know exactly where he fixed?
Some Yorubas are known to suffer from Stockholm Syndrome...they eulogize their oppressors.
Tinubu and Fasholas were busy dividing the commonwealth of Lagos between themselves and you are talking what you have no idea about.
Take your time. This was turning to be an interesting argument until you decided to throw tribal jabs. Why is it hard for an educated person to argue without resulting to ethnic slurs? |

maestroferddi: You begin to wonder whether Surulere is intentionally abandoned because of the huge non-Yoruba population of the place.
It was even said that Fashola grew in Surulere but yet with all the noises about his performance in office, most parts of Surulere remained a slum with negligible government intervention for eight years he spent in office.
Given the central location of Surulere, there is no logical reason for its sorry state... Please don't distort history. Fashola actually tried with regards to road construction in Lere, has Ambode being able to continue? No! |

TheGuyNextDoor: Lots of sense in what you said but our concern is that a President should have at least say something about them. Idris is not bigger than Buhari. They are aware of all this things but they are letting us know that we don't matter. It's crazy! My guy this is the same mistake our parents made, waiting for politicians to talk. Didn't the ND militants get tired of waiting? What happened when they decided to take the bull by the horn? Do you think any policeman can do this nonsense anywhere in the core Northern states? The solution to this problem is with me and you not any foooooolish politician. |
Politics › Re: Was SARS a Public Menace During Goodluck Jonathan's Government? by 4dor: 10:47am On Jul 05, 2018 |
TheGuyNextDoor: We hard a listening President back then..... although he was not a Saint too but he was far better than Baba 70.
I remember Arase ordered his men that no check point must be mounted but in some places, a police van must be packed with the officers around but no officer must be on the road and the order was obeyed.
If Idris make an order today, no officer will obey because he's not competent enough to make a clear order. He will end up saying - unless if necessary.
The bitter truth is that, if Buhari should win the coming election, then Nigeria will become a past tense. He came to destroy the country and his coming in 2019 will finish the country. Nigeria will become a past tense? Where have you been hiding? Nigeria is already past tense! |
Politics › Re: Was SARS a Public Menace During Goodluck Jonathan's Government? by 4dor: 10:45am On Jul 05, 2018 |
Hedonisst: Random acts of brutality have always been present in the police force, but we didn't have this officially approved SARS menace under previous administrations. Apo 6 was news when it happened and afterwards because it was a rare incident. Now this happens everyday under Buhari and it is no longer news. Under Buhari, SARS and other security goons brutality has become approved and supported by the Federal Government.
The question posed here simple: Was SARS on the roads harassing, maiming, killing and extorting regular folks going about their business under Jonathan's regime? ? ?
How come this phenomenon suddenly started under Buhari, and yet the old fool and his machinery of government has done nothing to curb this menace? Random acts of brutality? How old are you? Have you read any of the amnesty reports? I don't know what your mission is but it looks like you're setting the stage for politicians to jump on this as a campaign issue, making promises and delivering nothing. |
Politics › Re: Was SARS a Public Menace During Goodluck Jonathan's Government? by 4dor: 10:39am On Jul 05, 2018 |
Hedonisst: SARS brutality didn't start today. But at least under Jonathan and previous governments, their brutality was only reserved for armed robbery suspects and other violent criminals. They were NEVER parading the streets to extort so-called yahoo boys or random people like they are doing today. Yet with all the massive and loud outcry, the presidency has not deemed it proper to do anything about this menace. Does that not show you that the SARS problem lies directly at the doorstep of Buhari and that ugly transmitter bastard he calls his Inspector General of Police?
The Only Way To #ENDSARS Is To END BUHARI. Full Stop.
Adapted from: cc: Organism000: We might have a terrible president but our biggest problem is when folks like you tie serious problems to partisan politics. I don't know your age but I will tell you for a fact that SARS has been this brutal since the 90s. It was an open secret back then that their Dugbe office was a bee hive of extra judicial killings. I have been arrested while at the barbing salon and driven to the station where I had to use money to bail myself. GEJ wasn't even president, there was a guy that was arrested while buying suya, he was later framed for the death of Alfred Rewane, man spent close to 20 years in prison. Police might have a new brand with SARS but this brutality has been on for decades. I guess the Internet and smart phones is just making some of you see how bad Nigeria really is. |

The Fulani's have been killing before Buhari and I'm sure they will still kill after Buhari. By focusing on just Buhari you're empowering these bastards, same thing happened during Yar'Adua but where are we today? Until every community stands up squarely to them it won't stop! |
Travel › Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by 4dor: 4:55pm On Jun 07, 2018 |
dolpaz: He´s actually right.
Let allows you to declare variable for a "Local Scope"
While var can be used to declare variable "Globally"
Since Javascript has lots of children.. E.g Node, Angular, Ecmascript, React, Typescript, e.t.c the way these Frameworks declares variables tends to differs. Javascript these days self is now confusing but we ain´t got no choice than to tilt along.
for example:
Using Let let beebee = 'foo'; let beebee= 'bar'; // Throws a Syntax Error because an Identifier 'beebee' has already been declared
Using Var var 9ja= 'foo'; var 9ja= 'bar'; // This runs without a problem, reason because the previously assigned value in `9ja` will be replaced with the new declaration.
So he´s right
As for the array, how else does one declare Array in Javascript.. Ayam lost here, maybe you can enlighten us more..
We are already deviating.. This is not a programmer´s thread biko...! I was talking about the first line, johndoefoo wants a German PR that's a constant (the only reason this might be wrong is if I didn't understand the need of the person) As for the array, I didn't mention anything about declaring, I only told him to learn his array methods e.g. Array.map and Array.slice I totally agree about the deviating part |

If only PMB backs his supporters like Jibrin, Ndume at al., the likes of Saraki won't bully him so much.
But in trying to form Mr Neutral, he throws his supporters under the bus when the heat is on.
I want APC to witch-hunt PDP as they are claiming. In future when PDP seizes power, they too would have the chance.
Gradual persecution of looters would be welcome
YES, a Nigerian President can't be impeached. GEJ was the weakest of all and even then the Senators wouldn't dare.
PMB, was at a nadir when bedridden in London and even then they couldn't take him out Why do you think Omo Agege is still a free man? |
