Christisnity preaches love, peace which I believe some religion preach but you will know the difference by the fruits there bear. Atheists never achieved anything?

That's enough reason to leave atheism for me, how is it that people like me never achieved anything in the medieval ages? An age when declaring atheism is next to impossible due to fear for one's life? An age when even theists themselves were almost killed for certain discoveries?

I'd better turn theist so I can achieve something in the medieval age

My main reason, and all atheists' main reason for becoming atheists is for us to lay claim to achievements in the medieval ages, that reason has been defeated by this thread

Only if atheists and Christians knew that atheism was never concerned with science from the on set . Do you know that atheists in other countries don't reason like the Nigerian atheists ? Imagine an atheist in wealthy Christian countries like Switzerland , Norway or Denmark blaming religion or claiming that Christianity hindered scientific progress , he would be seriously mocked and mortified in public . These Nigerian atheists thrive in the ignorance of our people - and that is deception and wickedness .
