You emigrated to where you are now and can emigrate to Gaza since its the next big thing. Why should I give credence to made up facts. Idiot.
Despite an international aid boycott, the Hamas-led government is projecting the largest-ever budget for 2007, the acting finance minister said Thursday, reflecting the growing public payroll. Nigerian President Umaru Yar'Adua proposed a 2.87 trillion naira ($24 billion) 2009 budget on TuesdayMake up facts? Arab worshipping dog, I even made a mistake when I said Nigeria was budgeting $29bn. Gaza= 1.5m Nigeria= 150m Gaza = $2.5bn Nigeria = $24bn Look at the above and feel sorry for yourself, idiot! Proportionally, these people are spending more than 10 times what we are spending. 1 year's spending in Gaza is equivalent to 10 years spending for Naija, remember that during the early years of OBJ and the 98/99 period, our annual budget was around $10bn. Effectively, 1 year's spending in Gaza is the equivalent of probably around 15-20 years spending in Nigeria. Now you know why David's pictures showed Gaza often looked better than Naija.Bloody idiot |
This is exactly what Mugabe was telling the world couple months back. I watched his "propaganda" minister paint Zimbabwe as some sort of paradise few months ago. Why paint Gaza as heaven on earth, are you willing to go on your next holiday to this Paradise called Gaza? Olodo.
Look at this degenerate Arab slave who can't contribute anything meaningful to the topic. Your Arab masters in Gaza spend per capita 10 times your country and you are talking bollocks here. |
Sagamite:Your skull is hollow, idiot. Palestine receives per capita more aid than any state. Hamas' budget for 2007 for Gaza was $2.5bn. Nigeria's budget for 2009 was $29bn. Gaza has a population of 1.5m, Nigeria has 150m, proportionally, Gaza's budget is the equivalent of Nigeria having a budget of $250bn! Even if you decide to remove the deficit of 50%, that will leave Gaza with spending that will be proportional to Nigeria spending $125bn. In reality, civilian shelters are not money guzzling so the relatively rich Gaza administration can easily afford to build same if they truly wanted to. They can build such shelters away from their military installations. http://www.eufunding.org.uk/terror/The_Hamas_Government's_First_Fiscal_Budget.html http://uk.biz.yahoo.com/02122008/323/update-4-nigeria-budget-deficit-rise-oil-income-falls.html Simple question, dimwit, if they have nothing to hide why don't they allow independent press in?I have answered the question, you stupid cunt. No matter how cautious and restrained Israel is, Israel will lose the propaganda war so it bars journalists. You, in your brainless conjecture, assume there is something to hide. . .what an idiot! Haven't you been inundated by new reports of Gaza over the past few days? Those reports are sent in by Palestinians, what is it that foreigners will uncover, there are already foreigners there anyway including your Norwegian doctor, that Palestinians haven't told us? Err, the proportion of civilians killed by US bombs in Iraq and Afganistan on average day comparison is much lower than that of Israel. Israel has similar capability but has chosen not to take good care because they love collective punishment.Idiot, you speak as if you know for a fact the actual extent of the collateral damage Israel has inflicted when you were only claiming a few minutes ago that Israel was prohibiting news from coming out? How do you know when Israel has made it impossible to know according to you? Let's see: There are wars going on in the Russian Caucasus, DRC Congo, Colombia, Sudan, Congo Brazaville, Kashmir, Pushtun tribal regions in Pakistan, e.t.c and this idiot proclaims that Iraq/Afghanistan proves Israel's collateral damage is out of the ordinary. Why even debate this when this oaf is plucking claims out of thin air. Can you state the basis of your claim, preferably with facts and figures, that Iraq/Afghanistan have caused lesser collateral damage? Idiot, I know you can't because you invented that claim. |
Sagamite:Osanobua! Who would have thought Sagamite ever came across info from Gaza? 28% of the victims are children? Where can I find corroboration for this claim, I can easily point you to Arab sources like the one Dayo pointed to that has lower percentages. Please, watching C4, hardly notable for serious content, is no evidence of your interest in the news. 55% of Gazans are under 18(universally accepted as the cut off age for children), so even if we take your source's word as authoritative, the claim that the bombings are indiscriminate, odd because you claim not to know what's going on inside, is unfounded, isn't it? I don't know that many bombings you can point to throughout history where the civilian proportion of casualties has been lower than what we are witnessing. Do you know of any or you prefer to continue in your inane mutilation of reality? |
davidylan:If you accede to anybody's list of demands, you will inevitably be on their good side, but the larger question is why the demands? If my girlfriend is always eager and willing to have sex, cook my food and loves watching football, that will ''work'' too, but why should she? |
Missy B:The list goes on? All these women in their Mills and Boon fantasy, I sorry for una. ![]() |
dayokanu:Unless the potential husband na zoophiliac. I hear say Dora Akunyili banned Earthmama's breast milk as toxic, you hear the same thing? |
Sagamite:Look at this dingbat. You write as if Gaza is a news black hole with no information coming out. You only have to open your papers or watch the TV to be inundated with images of the victims of the Gaza bombing. 1,500 people die every day in Congo DRC, 500 civilians were killed by the LRA a week ago, yet someone is effectively complaining that the media coverage of Gaza is insufficient. How do you know what's going on, let alone whether the nature of the bombing is indiscriminate or not, when you are suggesting information is not coming out? The supreme irony is that the endless stream of reports we get out of Gaza is coming from mostly Palestinians so an influx of ''independent'' journalists is not going to paint a bleaker situation than already painted. All those photos of Palestinian children being rushed to hospital and minute by minute reports of the situation in Gaza and someone is bleating here about the lack of journalists. I have asked a simple common sense question. I gave you the demographics of the Gaza population - 40% under-14 and 50% female - and asked you why Israel's ''indiscriminate'' bombing is not producing victims that reflect this and you are still mutilating grammar and talking hogwash about indiscriminate. Do they never deliberately target the UN as well? Please (pretty please with a cherry on top) argue this as well? How does this muppet discern Israeli intent? There would be no UN agencies in Gaza if Israel set out to target the UN, in reality, there would be no UN in Gaza if Israel doesn't want them there in the first place as deployment of UN officials will require US approval. |
vicade:What would you call an ambitious North London side in possession of a trophy? The Mighty Spurs! ![]() |
debosky:What is this but a tacit admission that Gayners get excited(read:sexually aroused) at the sight of Wenger? ![]() See how The Mighty Spurs are thumping your conquerors, Burnley. ![]() |
At least 40% of the Gaza populace is under 14 and 50% of the population is female. You would think that if Israel didn't exercise caution in their bombing, pace these Jew-hating morons, the victims of the bombings should reflect this reality: At least 40% of the victims should be children under the age of 14 and at least 50% should be females or figures closer to these percentages. Common sense eludes these fools. . . . .if Israel was deliberately targeting civilians, their pilots must be grossly incompetent for killing ''only'' in the hundreds. I'm sure Hutu militants and the Jos rioters managed more in fewer days. |
Sagamite:Indiscriminate. . . people love using words that amount to odious hyperbole. The estimated strenght of Hamas is 15,000 men. If Israel was to randomly drop bombs on Gaza - population 1.5m - what do you think the ratio of innocent victims to Hamas militants will be? 100 to 1,right ? Give or take, Hamas militants shouldn't constitute more than 5% of the bomb victims, and that is being very generous. Does the news of the casualties you have been getting support your assertion that Israeli bombing has been indiscriminate? They throw unproven allegations of their atrocities to claims that Hamas are using civilians as cover anytime they have snuffed out the life of civilians without due care. There are statements from Hamas officials effectively admitting the above. We see and hear the elaborate preparations Israel makes to protect its citizens, where are the comparative efforts by Hamas? How many of Hamas' bases are located away from the civilian populace. Even in the recent ground incursion, journalists mention that Hamas fighters are more active in the more heavily populated parts of Gaza such as the refugee camps. This is why Israel has refused to allow ANY foreign journalist into Gaza. So they can fill the world with their junk PR propaganda about how they don't deliberately target civilians. A rogue nation that DELIBERATELY targets the UN with utter impunity is saying they don't deliberately attack civilians?Rubbish. It's because no amount of restraint and caution exercised by the Israelis will triumph over the rather knee-jerk condemnation of Israel that a media flurry entails. Compared to worse conflicts like the DRC Congo(3.7m dead) or Sudan(1m dead),there is already a surfeit of journalists. Your post alone highlights Israel's problem. Here is a campaign waged with such care, yet, purportedly educated people still use words such as ''indiscriminate'' and ''deliberate'' in describing harm done to Gazans by Israeli bombs. But yet, the slowpoke in the White House would block all UN resolution to the point a UN security official from Europe lamented that some members were tying their hands.''The slowpoke in the White House'' will soon be Obama. I'll love to see how Obamaniacs get around the cognitive dissonance when he assumes office. ISRAEL IS A TERRORIST NATION!The only terror I see here is the one you have waged on logic, grammar and the facts. |
I thought Toshman tied the knot recently. I got married recently myself but I didn't see the need to announce to NL. Besides, with the amount of users on this forum, won't be surprised if some NLders have wedded as well, even if not the most prominent members. Earthmama is condemned to spinsterhood for eternity. Who will marry a woman who milks cows and has the biceps of Hulk Hogan? |
The women are compos mentis so there is no question of ''herding'' these women into a harem as if they have no say in the matter. Tpia wey dey talk will jump at the opportunity if some rich Naija billionaire in his dotage offered to take her as his 12th wife. ![]() |
Jairzinho:When Israel was in its infancy and at its weakest point - 1948 - it faced an Arab army made up of Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and another militia made up of Arab volunteers. The Arabs thought this was another case just like the Kurds, Berbers, Turkomens and Africans they had routinely slaughtered and in flagrant violation of the will of the international community sought to destroy the young nation of barely 700,000 people. No need to recall what happened to all the Arab hubris. |
RichyBlacK:Stop cooking up far-fetched scenarios. Let's just consider where these 5 resolve to attack Israel. There is no way these 5 disparate nations can hatch a joint military invasion without intelligence leaks. They can't make major re-deployments of ground forces without Israel knowing so that pretty much rules out the army. Nor can their navies do much either for obvious reasons. Even the mere takeoff of considerable amounts of warplanes will be picked up by both the US and Israel. The reality is that a major war effort requires lots of planning and logistics Conclusion: Your scenario is no better than elementary school musings. |
Romeo, thanks. |
The problem often stems from the captions. These pictures in isolation invoke no suspicion but their captions lend an element of doubt. Seun:Your explanation is plausible, but it falls flat when the first picture is captioned by Reuters thus:A wounded Palestinian is brought into a hospital in Gaza January 4, 2009. My own view is that the two men in brown jackets are probably not the same. On closer view, the man in the second picture seems to have trimmer haircut than the first. Seun:You seem to miss the point. The question is not whether it is the same girl but whether this little girl is being exploited for ''Pallywood'' purposes. Pallywood is not so much about the outright invention of mangled victims as it is about the exploitation or willing participation of genuine victims in staged acts designed to maximise the gory effects. Again, the captions state thus: Caption A: A Palestinian father carries his wounded baby daughter into a hospital in Gaza City Sunday. What are the odds of the same badly burnt girl being carried into a hospital twice on the same night without an element of dramatisation? As for those citing Aljazeera as authoritative sources, you must be having a laugh. Are there innocent people dying in Palestine? Yes. Are there staged ''photo-ops'' whether with manufactured victims or real ones? Absolutely! When US troops staged and videoed a rescue raid in an Iraqi hospital, it was not for lack of heroes or acts of heroism amongst US troops but for the simple fact that in the fog of war, many feel that their side of the story would be passed across better with a touch of over-dramatization. |

dayokanu:Even to the extent that it raises their ire, it will only be to attack America instead of also attacking the vile theology that produces these suicide bombers. |
Lagosboy:That says a lot about the ability of Christians/Jews and other non-Muslims to embrace intellectual diversity. Can you name one conflict between a Muslim entity and a non-Muslim entity in which significant numbers of Muslims protested against the actions of their religious brethren? Is it Indonesia's mass murder in East Timor or Sudan's war against the South in which at least 1 million African Sudanese died in the hands of Arab Muslims? I'm sure these conflicts don't even register in your consciousness. |
morpheus24:Leave the guy, there is nothing as shocking as the sort of brainwashing Arabs have visited on many Muslims. Why is he particularly passionate about this issue? Because Palestinians are Arabs. There are worse conflicts where Muslims are dying without so much as a single protest from these brain-washed zombies. |
Lagosboy:You are still defending the indefensible? Arabs were latter day invaders of North Africa, dumbo. |
Lagosboy:My guy, no dey make up stories, what are the names of these rabbis and in what circumstances were they tortured? |
Lagosboy:This will show you how hopelessly zombified many of these African Muslims are, they now think North Africa is Arab land. |
I have always said there is no funnier sight on NL than RichyBlack trying desperately hard to sound intelligent. Who is this cretinous nonentity trying to fool with his crass syllogisms? It seems like some sated infant who just found a new toy, Richy thinks this will make up for the splendid mediocrity his life epitomises. I posted an article in praise of Putin because a major Western magazine, TIME magazine, announced Vladimir Putin as 2007 Man of the Year! RichyBlack did not choose him as Man of The Year, TIME magazine did.Remind me again why you praised Putin: ''because'' Time named him Person of the Year. Your words, your stark idiocy laid bare. |
RichyBlacK:Look at this man's warped logic. So your glorification of Putin rests on him being named Time's person of the year. By the same token, you will be glorifying Stalin who has been named Time's person of the year twice or Adolph Hitler. Always using juvenile logic. What about your praise of Lenin? Did his atrocities not affect your outlook? |
landis:Idiot, if Hitler was such a 'forseer', he should have seen that his 1000 year Reich would be consigned to the dustbin of history and his fate terminated by a craven suicide while hunched in a bunker |
@David His entire post would have made just as much sense if he decided to randomly tap on his keyboard. . . . . ''diplomatic jobs would go'', what nonsense. |
