Why British Women Are Turning To Islam

Lucy Berrington finds the Muslim Faith is winning Western admirers despite hostile media coverage. The Times (London) - Tuesday, 9th November 1993

. In the United States, women converts outnumber men by four to one, and in Britain make up the bulk of the estimated 10, 000 to 20, 000 converts, forming part of a Muslim community of 1 to 1.5 million.

Has anyone noted the vacuousness of this story?Britain has a population of  60 million-http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=population+of+Great+Britain&btnG=Google+Search&meta=

Out of 60 million you have 1.5 million muslims(immigrants and their descendants),Out of 60 million,10,000 to 20,000 are converts-that works out at 0.03% .

20,000 converts in a population of 60 million is hardly newsworthy-3 in every 10,000 people

Men dnt be carried away by all what u are told. The best in the insurance industry is IGi. They come after NICON. They are currently selling private placement though would stop soon. But they are going to sell shares to the public soon.

PoliticsRe: Why Can't Nigeria's Oil Revenue Be Paid Out To Citizens? by 4Play(m): 1:14pm On Apr 13, 2007
EPOMA:
SEUN,
You don dey think like you brother OBJ,We need Train Links and super motorway, Good schools and hospitals and and A lot of Infrastrures for our people to leave in. I know say we don dey use to to dey throw shit from from window, But all this are what needs to be address Urgently and not sharing money. If you give poor nigerians money , they go first buy cars and expensive mobile phones and chasing woman before they go do anything with their free money. Nawaaaa OOO
According to Seun, the money will work out at 36,000 Naira per person-Thirty Six Thousand Naira.Which kind of car can you buy with that amount or expensive mobile phone?

because Alaska, with a tiny populace distributes money.Nigeria-a nation of 140 million should start distrubuting money as well

PS:There are only 600,000 people in Alaska-That is the population of some Local Govts in Nigeria

This is a marvelous idea. Let every individual b paid the oil revenue. Just the oil revenue. Then we can decide how to maintain our communities. That would be great. After all, people evacuate their drainages and fill pot-holes within their areas, if they had access to good money, they will repair their roads, provide power, and even build schools!
I think you are under a great illusion as to how much oil revenue we get.In 2005,the Govt's total receipt was $17 billion-according to Seun's calculations, that will be about 16,000 Naira per person for one year.

What are you going to acheive over a year with 16,000 Naira?  cheesy

Remember that after paying every single penny, the Govt will be left barely little to fund the Police,Military, civil service,hospitals,education,e.t.c.

PoliticsRe: Which Regime Does Corruption Start In Nigeria And Which Tribe Spoiled Nigeria? by 4Play(m): 2:30pm On Apr 12, 2007
I once saw an article dating from the 1950s which lamented the "high incidents of corruption" in Nigeria.Corruption is a phenomenon that thrives in  dysfunctional societies. Its not tribal

I have heard that corruption is more prevalent amongst Arsenal fans .Witness how many penalties they have been awarded this season. shocked

Gooners are responsible for most of the world's ills-Bin Laden is a Gunner- and everyone can see how they try to fix matches

Why is Muki hating on the best?

Why can't Muki's club score a goal?

Why can't some fans accept that they are losers?
