Hello ZinoFego, I typed my localhost path "localhost:8080/ampps" into my browser but it coming up blank, Showing just white background. Is this normal or am I suppose to be online for it to work? because I believe its supposed to deplay the various scripts available for installation.

Thanks for the response, I continued with the installation and so far, its working perfectly.
I'm still reading up the tutorials and practising as well. I pray this is the solution to the project I have been trying to execute because I don't think I can sit down to write such long html, css, javascript and php codes for the site I intend building,though I have good knowledge of html and css, little of javascript and non of php (which I still tend to read up).
