UK Embassy is now rubbish seriously frustrating, My refusal has been overturned by the Home Office since 7/11/2017 and I have been told the Lagos embassy will contact me and up till now i am yet to hear from them, I went there in person today and I deny entry even I was told by the security that they don't process visa there any more and I contacted the TLScontact at Ikeja those one too told me they don't deal with visa issue, I don't even know what to do now, UK embassy is seriously a rubbish embassy.

My review for them is -ve10 worst than zero self.


Please any one that can help out on what to do, school resume January.

Actually whenever they say ur refusal have bn overturned , you are suppose to take your passport with the email they sent to you back to the visa application center where you initially applied.they will collect and send to Sheffield for visa. The visa application center will then contact you whenever it is ready for collection. Why did they refuse you tho?

Yea u are. When u Wana apply for ur visa u can just print longer since by then u will even have more than 28 days .

If my tuition fee and maintenance fee is 9m, is that all he needs to transfer to me or he must add some money to it?

Ask ur mum to put the money in ur account, it can be naira, for 31 days then print statment of 28 days whenever u Wana do ur application. That settles it.

My people, God has done it for me and my family. I am a tier 4 student, got my visa but my husband and daughter were refused visa.
We put in for administrative review and today my husband just got a message to bring his passport and our daughters passport that the decision has been overturned. They are ready to give them visa now. I am so excited. Thanks to God and all here for encouragement.

Please I want to confirm if he has to go along with our 2 years old daughter to Immigration office in Ikeja for the passport submission? he can go alone to submit the passports? Please anyone has an idea. We need help on that please.

Wow, that's so quick. That means the case worker is already considering your application . It's normal. Did u get any message from Sheffield that they already got your application or where is your application being processed?

Apply for a masters degree program or if u don't have a a 2:1 in ur undergraduate apply for a pgd is more difficult to get a study visa for while masters is easier but also difficult . Put up a very good application by including good statment of intent justifying why you want to study in Canada , why u chose not to study ur course in Nigeria , reason for choosing to study ur course, ur home ties, financial strength and what your course of study will contribute to both ur development and ur countries development in future. Also make sure u have sufficient amount in ur account to cover ur full tuition for 1 year , maintainance or cost of living for a year , minimum of 2000 CAD for flight ticket and asset in ur name and family name to show that u will return to ur home country after your authorized stay in Canada. Canada study visa is becoming more difficult day buy day so it's more of Gods favour and good application we rely on. Alternatively go through the express entry route for permanent residency which is better if u can score very high in ielts , educational background and if u have a family in Canada those will boost your score . Tell them u already did one initially and send them the medical paper the clinic gave u after the Medicals.

Hello, please I need some help. Sometime in September I wrote about my being denied after I got a request letter to pay my fees. Well, today I got my GCMS notes and I was shocked that the letters and documents I uploaded and sent weren't acknowelged as receopt. Here's what my GCMS says. Even after I went on to pay the fees and provided other documents.
The scholarship being referred to was a from my first degree and I clearly stated I while uploading and was sent way before the request letter was issued. I sent it
as a proof because I mentioned in my application that I was a beneficiary of the scholarship and felt the need to include it.
Please I need advice as to how best to go about this situation.

Jnyuwa02 is correct. You are not complicating any issue. Let the subject of ur email be 'appeal' tgen include ur detail . It's left to u tho , unless u have much money and time to waste.

Go ahead and forward your omitted documents to them via email. Don't worry they won't penalize you for that .

Since your dad was your sponsor, you probably didn't summit both of your birth certificates to proof he truly is. You also need a good explanation letter for why you want to study the course you chose.and you probably need to get a land to your name or ask family to convert one of theirs to yours.also ask you dad to include some sources of funds proof documents like receipts, CAC documents and so on.ask your dad to also add as much money as possible to his account to better your chances of approval.

apply to a BSC in insurance, pay all your fee for 1year, get asset to your name +Family to prove home tie , show more than enough funds in your account . U can ask ur sponsor to move the money to your account. Also the amount in your sponsors acount is too small.

If you feel it will help your application by elaborating on some key aspect of your application, your purpose of study, discrepancies in any part of your application or to communicate to the officer your overall plans with your program upon completion, then you should send it to them through their email (accra.immigration@international.gc.ca).

Otherwise, if your application is straight forward enough, you can leave it out. It is not a compulsory document.

2. I don't think there is one but i'll suggest in so doing, you give good reasons for changing your initial use of a representative. If you don't have any, proceed with the form. It is more like a consent form regarding somebody helping with your application, issuing and getting information on your behave during your application process as well as authorizing the embassy to communicate with the individual(s) other than yourself. Either ways, i don't think it is harmful to your application. Just a measure to control release of information especially confidential or personal.

there is nothing like straight forward anymore. Nigerian applicants please always summit your sop/loe

Someone wants to apply for TRV. He made all his WAEC but had a D7 in Mathematics. Although he wrote NECO GCE and made the Mathematics there but he didn't need the NECO GCE as he was admitted with the WAEC for an Arts discipline.
He intends going for masters in the arts discipline.
Does having a D7 in WAEC Mathematics have an impact on his documents he is submitting for TRV or should he remove the WAEC or add the WAEC and NECO GCE?

I agree but my point is that in their role as VO, they are Canadian citizens and have taken an oath to protect the interest of Canada first at all times irrespective of their other nationality. That's actually my point.

Good day house. Respect to all gurus in the house. I have been following this thread and I see that you guys have been doing great jobs. I was actually delayed on August 16th due to "Insufficient Funds". Immediately I requested for my GCMS note and I received it exactly after 30days. The reason for my delay was stated to be "Lump Deposit in my Sponsor's (uncle) Account from an Unknown Origin". Well, I have decided to reapply. My uncle has decided to settle me by paying 12million naira into my account, which covers my tuition and living expenses for my duration of study in Canada. My brother who manages a fish pond will be standing as a co-sponsor and he has already paid my first year tuition and he has also deposited 3million naira into my savings account for his support for my program. From my calculations, the funds Available for my proposed program in canada almost doubled the Actual Cost of my program (including tuition, living expenses and transports). Gurus in the house, my questions goes thus:
1. Is it implicating for my uncle to settle me ones and for all by paying my funding into my account?
2. Is it still necessary to submit my uncles statement of account since I will definitely submit my personal bank account statement (showing credit/inflow from my uncle and brother accordingly).
3. What should be the necessary financial documents that I must submit.
4. Similar question goes for my brother. What and what could benecessary documents for a fish farmer to submit.
Looking forward for an advice bosses in the house...

summit all there statements showing the transactions/transfers made to ur account . Also get a letter from both ur uncle and brother that they are sponsoring your and explain in the letter how they made the transfer. Also include ur birth cert and your brothers birt cert to show that u are truly brothers. U can also include documents to show ur brother has a fish farm eg receipts and CAC documents. For you uncle you need to include source of funds.

Put them into groups eg the space for marriage Cirt, just upload pdf of everything pertaining to ur marriage including family pic. The space for you letter of offer include everything pertaining to your education , certificates and all. For Proof of funds include ur statment of Acc and ur assets and so on.
Any additional documents or excesses put as 1 pdf together with ur letter of explanation in the Letter of explanation space.
