Are you still in a higher institution? If not, your options are reporting him to the police and get him arrested, obtain copies of the video with an undertaking (he might have copies saved elsewhere) and still subsequently release.

But you would have the police to do their business or release some form of freaky shoots (that takes the power away from him)......
