Tell her on a daily basis how much yhu love her and how she makes yhu feel...yhu don't just assume things...

Anyway, try and move on with your life because the lady has confirmed to you that she's with another. There's nothing more you can do except you still want to continue drinking and taking more drugs and still not achieving anything at the end.
