I once had a friend who exoerienced such. What she did was leave the house and never went back. Till today, the sister still bear grudges with her for not coming to her house for months/years but she never mentioned the reason. The sister's husband still calls her at intervals pestering her for sex, and she just keeps either ignoring him or even atimes gone offensive with him over the phone.
