I can tell you there is hope for everyone still breathing.Let your main focus be on being your own boss rather than look for who to boss you around.

In Nigeria, as a fresh graduate the older you get, the more difficult for you to secure a job.

Above 30? It's either you have both to get a job or start a business.

It's well with my soul.

Hi everyone.

I am new here, in fact this is going to be my first post on nairaland. Forgive me if I break any rule, I will keep it very simple.

I'm a fresh graduate, just graduated last year, was not able to go for NYSC due to my age. Simply want to ask, what are the chances of securing a job considering I am above 30.

Before I forget, I studied Business Administration (KASU) with a second class upper. Thanks everyone.

Become an entrepreneur. Start now.

Hope kwa, this country doesn't favor any age, you might be in 40 and still be asking this same question.
While being graduate, entrepreneur or artisan the best is to work hard without minding age or government policy, maybe just maybe grace can locate what you do best.

My sister Graduated and had to wait 10 years before landing a job with peanut pay. The trauma of those years without a job still has it’s effects on her. Anything you find bro, your Ultimate plan should be to Ghost this country. At your age there’s no time againGoodluck

Interesting as it may sound but he who wears the shoe knows where it pinches him. How old was your president when he contested election and reelection? Abeg let the oldest man in the house give you elderly answer as for me am angry with the government for allowing corona V to visit Nigeria. None of them is sick now to travel abroad for treatment. Rubbish

Stop looking for who will employ you.

Start looking for how to create your own (job) opportunities.

So that...

You will start looking for who to employ!

This is not supposed to be a limitation for you. In reality, it closes door to opportunities that is available to graduate below 30.

However, you know you have limited options, this would inspire you to greatness.

Shift your mind to business or entrepreneurship.
