I am not too experienced in that field to be honest. Forensics is in its infancy here. But the trauma of a rape can be slightly different from that of normal consensual sex.

Now for rough sex, I am not so sure. I think it is a grey area but don't take my word for it. I think you should ask someone more experienced.
