When you swallow the red pill, you can avoid and spot many female manipulation tactics. You no longer place your hope on any female; you no longer prioritize the females and you focus more on yourself. Also, you have no high or "unrealistic" expectations from them.

Women are not toxic as they paint them here. It just depends on the kind of situation-ship between two of you.

Be nice to girl just same way you are to a guy, the line is this, stop being nice when they start to have the wrong impression.

E.g she turns you to the crying bucket,
She ask you for everything because she feels she can get it,
She wants you to get something done because she thinks you admire her.

The line is not to send the wrong signal to girl because that is where women get lost at times.
They many times lack proper interpretation of your intentions and try to capitalize on it. Aside this be very nice to a girl
