You don't have to spend much time with a girl before she knows what she's capable of doing and the kind of mindset she has. Some of these signs are easy to spot which can easily give her off.

- Most of her clothes are body revealing clothes. Doesn't have any issues with exposing her body.

- She's obsessed with celebrities.

- She's a social media freak. She posts herself constantly.

- She's particularly lazy. No valuable skills or plans.

- Have more male friends than female friends.

- She's always forcing herself to belong. Low self-esteem.

- Giving off the "no one can judge me" vibes.

- She keeps saying words that make men attracted to her.

If your girl falls into any of these categories, just realise that she's for the streets.

When you do someone a favour, keep it secret. Do not reveal it to a third-party. Favour done in secret are likely to retain longer in the person's heart than the one done publicly. This move make the favour you did seems genuine and from the heart.

In a poor country, women select men primarily in the bases of their ability to provide resources. If you're a man in a poor country, the primary thing you need to be attractive to women is wealth/high status in the macro hierarchy.

In rich countries, women don't have much to worry about getting enough resources to survive. As such, they select men based in how physically attractive they are. if you a man in this type of country, the thing you need to do to be attractive to women is being extremely good looking.
Nigeria is a good example of the former while America is a good example of the latter

- When dealing with kids, a situation might arise where you might be inclined to love one more than the other. Do not show it. Even if you love a particular kid more, you should even be stricter with him. Do not create envy or jealousy amongst your kids.

- Make your kids work together. Engage them in activities that would make them do things together. It might be gaming, assignment, etcetera.

- Teach your male kids the ways of the wolves. Teach your female kids the ways of the virtuous.

- Do not compare your kids to his friends, siblings or your friend's kids. This can emotionally damage them.

- Do not scold your kids in front of guests or friends.

- Make your kids learn valuable skills as they grow. This will give them a great boost in confidence and life.

- Sex education is a must. Teach them about it.

- Teach them to be both honourable and cunning.

- Limit their access to technology. You don't want them being exposed to things that would scar them for life.

- Do not solve all problems for them. Don't be too soft and don't be too harsh.

When applying for a new job, do not sell yourself short especially when it comes to the matters of salary. Find out your company's worth and the average wage paid to workers before making your proposal on interviews.

If the company you're applying for is highly reputable, this is very important. If you sell yourself short, they might view you as incompetent, or someone with a lack of confidence.

Always ask for the moon and you'd be surprised how much you get.

Men will have a whole lot of options available to pick from but will still choose to fvck the one with the most unnecessary risks involved, for example, a married woman, a female colleague, a sex worker etcetera. Most men are fvcking dumb when it comes to dealing with women.

Learn how to improvise. Learn to deliver a great speech and answer a question related to your field without preparation.

Addendum: Be wary of those who would ask you a question in order to throw you off. If you can't ascertain the reason why a person is asking you a question or not (whether to prove your intelligence or because they are really of ignorant of the answer), do not deign an answer.

- Utilize bluff when necessary.
