Do you usually have once-a-while sharp pain there? As if something draw your skin at that location. If you do, then it's simple, it means there is a worm in that location. It looks like you have Cutaneous Leshmaniasis, a disease transmitted by the sand fly phlebototomus. The skin form which you seem to have is not life threatening but locally disfiguring . Treatment is available and you must see your dermatologist or a Doctor specialist in neglected tropical diseases ( NTDs). The currently available treatments are effective but most of the drugs cause discomfort and the treatment may be long.
