Go to a good hospital. That wound needs to be examined and debrided.

Of course, they'll check your sugar level and Haemoglobin level.

No biggie. Seek medical attention asap. They'll use surgical equipment to remove the larvae, then give you antibiotics.

Go to any specialist hospital or federal medical center, they have experts for such things.
