The 21 million might be gross and not net. His father is worth in the few hundreds of millions dollars. This 21 million might mean the value of his assets that appreciated in 2021. If you factor in his endorsements (he’s one of the most endorsed musicians in the continent), recurring income from royalties (he’s one of the biggest artists in Africa), you’ll see it’s not out of place for him to earn that amount (gross or net) in a year.
