I've never ever seen one with a high stomach unless pregnant... and the women hardly ever exercise as in go to gym... but their diet is generally a healthy one..... boil ... baked ... grilled... or stewed everything.... avocado is always available... all natural everything... but they can eat rice by the mountains and plantains in so many forms!
