Chimerism is real. There was a very famous court case about it in the US. The judge even ordered someone be there to witness a birth. Eventually the science proved what was always true about the absorbed twin. However Nigeria is not ready for this level.

I am looking out for me, law firms pay very little and at the end of the day i will be struggling to feed and take care of my responsibilities and i do not want that. People fix themselves right from nysc and i hope i can do that as well.
If all lawyers move to CBN, who will now be soliciting at the court?

Maybe accountants and bank and finance graduates will start wearing wig to the law court.. undecided

I was going through the internet like I do every night when I came across this write up.
Is this phenomenon true?
To what extent can it be proven?
How common is it?

'DNA is really so crazy. Have y'all heard that story about the woman who had a baby with her husband? When he got a DNA test done, the results determined he wasn't the father.
The mother insisted he was the dad so much so that they repeated the test numerous times. The results remained the same, so the couple got divorced and the man refused to be in the child's life.

It later came out that based off the DNA results, he wasn't the father but the uncle of the child. Which was impossible because he was an only child. After a more extensive DNA test, they found out the husband was actually a chimera, which essentially means he had a twin brother that he ate in utero, essentially absorbing his DNA.

So basically the unborn twin brother was the father, even though the husband bore the child.'

Yes...but for women that will be start thinking of taking their engine for servicing and maintenance, the road is not yet clear because in chimerism, there are two distinct types of DNA or more. There should be more number of DNA,not one.

That's why African men can never compete with their counterpart in the rest of the world.

Always quick to blame all their woes on women. So much for alpha males. Alpha fools.

It's true but very rare. But the story is not correct. They didn't divorce. It was when the child was sick that it was discovered in the hospital and they were together until the doctors discovered it.

You should know DNA is on a percentage. So the husband was already a close match just not a perfect match.

Good evening people. I am a female lawyer hoping to go for nysc by the end of this year. I wish to serve in cbn enugu please does anybody have an idea or link on how i can achieve this, Please help me.

Congratulations! But instead of you to think how to better out legal system or serve the under representated in our society you want to run to CBN. You need one sharp knock for your head.

Aunty please go and use your God given talent to help Nigeria a better place rather than wasting it in CBN.

We know you are a lawyer and good at twisting issues if you like come back and lie to us how you want to use your degree and help Nigerians by working in CBN.

Anyways good luck with your NYSC program.
Re: Chimerism & DNA: How True Is This Condition? by Officialjagun(m): 7:24am On Mar 15, 2022
Genetically, it's possible.
Chimera is a phenomenon where you have two sets of DNA totally different from each other.

There's possibility of the man giving birth to the child and the child has no DNA tracing the child to the father.

In this case, the man is said to be the twin of himself.

Embryologically, it mostly occur when the Blood of the Embryo anastomosis Form between the Placenta of a Dizygotic twin.

And we have hermaphrodite Chimera too , weird right??

I do not care about who you are. As a matter of fact i do not wish to know you even if you will help me work there.
