Solutions:
Read scripture, The Holy Bible regularly. You may be still falling to this once in a while but don't stop reading your Bible. To add to this, discipline yourself in what you watch and listen to. Go to True Bible Church. I bet you, in a matter of time, it will be over.

Lots of useless advice here that don't really give you an actionable plan. Blaming spirits and what not or telling you to simply stop porn/masturbation. I question to those people is do you understand what an addiction is? Is simply telling someone addicted to marijuana to stop gonna do anything?

First thing you need to do is understand why you are doing this. Are you using it to handle stress, do you have a serious problem with lust, do you simply have too much time on your hands and little to do? Find the root of your addiction.

Secondly, make your decision. Do you want porn and masturbation to be a part of your life? If yes, ride on but if no, you have to understand why you are actually taking it out of your life. Without any concrete reason for wanting to defeat an addiction you will keep relapsing.

Begin to read and understand why porn and masturbation is bad for you, there are many books and articles on the topic you can find online including a whole community called "NoFap" which you can find them on Reddit. Join the community, hear other people's stories, see the advice people give and ask any questions that bother you.

I'll go a bit into the process of actually breaking the addiction but I'll leave the rest for you since I assume you're serious about turning a new leaf in your life.

You have to know your triggers and stay away from them. Instagram? YouTube? Certain shows? Whatever it may be, you need to cut it out completely. You daily schedule should have as little idle and alone time as possible, you should always be working.

Lastly, I heard this some time ago when listening to Jordan Peterson. Make a list of all you can achieve in next five years if you actually straightened your life out, now make a list describing the state your life will be in the next five years if you continue with your current habits. Compare the two and let that serve as a motivation. During your journey there will be relapses but it's important to never give up and keep striving to be a better person.

This may sound bad to you,I recommend you go for deliverance,then discipline yourself,by Fasting and prayers,stay away from porn,stay in the company of people.

Here are few tips to consider:

1. Stop isolating yourself. Loneliness is a trigger. Try to be in the company of loved ones.

2. Find something to do to keep yourself busy. What I mean is, get a side hustle, learn a skill...just anything that will help concentrate your energy elsewhere.

3. Get a confidant and open up to him/her about your condition. Please let that person be someone who's matured emotionally, that wouldn't judge you. Your religious leader, best friend, girlfriend or boyfriend, or a lived one fall in this category. Ask the person to help monitor your improvement, and be honest enough to tell them whenever you default.

4. Everything good requires determination, sacrifice and faith.

5. Never rule out the place of God. Become prayerful.
