They only tried to take care of their own but, wrongly or poorly advised.

A whole lot would have been avoided if they encouraged one of their children to donate his alternate organ to his or her sister.

It's beyond that... even if the guy is 60, by law kidney should be donated not bought, they also have to prove that the boy just decided to donate to their daughter for free, unfortunately for them if the boy has proof of some payment of conversation talking about payment, then it's over for them.
