I went somewhere in Enugu some years back for a friend's introduction and I tell you, the list he was given wasn't up to this.
I realised marriage list varies from place to place and family to family.

My own Urhobo list was not even up to this. Like I said, it varies from family to family. In fact my father's village gives the govt approved marriage certificate.
