That's why if you ask me, the only true path to significant development and rapid growth is to practice true federalism. Without that even if you bring Jesus to be the president there can't be humongous or huge difference.


The type of federalism that gives room for positive competition, especially with the energy the South East has which should be invested in industrialization rather than this agitation for Biafra and the bitterness that the failure of that pursuit brings.
