That's not what the judgment says though i am certain it will be set aside on appeal.

What the judgment says is that in a marriage where both partners contribute substantially, then property is held to be jointly held.

The issue that arises then is, one can never sell their property if the other does not concur.

This is not practical so i expect, on appeal, the superior Court will set it aside.

She doesn't have to have first contributed money to have a share in the marital property. That she is your wife and as such contributes her time and efforts to your success is more than enough to give her the right to part of the profits of the marriage.
