As we approach the end of the verdict of the PEPT, Nigeria will be disowned, condemned and blackmailed by those who believe democracy only work when it favors them. Democracy will be marked in danger. Nigeria and PEPT judges will be reported to the US embassy. The Nigeria-is-zoo, no-election gang will resume their vocation until 2027 when another maga will cash in on their delusions. Rinse and repeat!

It is kind of Illogical. Say someone wins an election with 16 million votes as against his opponent who scored 4 million, but the person with 16m did not win ABJ, but won all other states. Are we supposed to have a rerun because of ABJ. Thats ridiculous. That's would mean that Abuja voters are more Important than all the others.
They should have used Lawyer Layi Wasabi. grin

When I heard this I just laughed

Nigeria will never be great!

Only a fool will come out and vote again with the way the judge dismiss LP case especially this 25%.

Since 2003, when I first voted, not one of the parties I have voted for, and it hasn't been the big two or three, has won. None of them. Every year, PDP and ANPP/APC win.

It annoys me that Nigerians vote for PDP, APC, even LP (which is PDP lite). I would like it if Nigerians voted for the smaller parties and really shake the table. But at the end , it is what it is. Idon't want to go back to army rule.

Also, assuming they had ruled that 25% in Abuja matters, it would have ended up in essence saying that Abuja votes are more special compared to other votes....and could have led to a scenairo where someone can win 25% in all the other states and be denied a win because he got 5% in Abuja.

Obi lost because the opposition was divided. APC should have lost this election, but because Obi and Atiku were too proud to step down for each other, we got another 4 years of APC. Next time, oppositon has to unite. Simple.
