The thing is that our God is a supernatural God. He doesn't live in our natural senses. The only way to receive all that He gives is to reach Him through prayers. We cant trust in our limited understanding (without acknowledging Him) and expect to see His influence. He can't save lives except we pray. Our own ideas and understanding are too limited.
