You just wrote rubbish, there's no factual scientific claim that backs this up! Majority of menstrual cramps are caused by bad diet which caused inflammation of the uterus, I don't see how increasing sex frequency cures this......STOP THE LAMBA!

Besides .....why will surgically removing her womb be an option now that shes just a few kilometers from menopause, nature's way of ending all the process alrogether

Go to your nearest general hospital and ask for a gynecologist

Here's the issue. Most gynecologists especially the men will not want to remove it especially if you don't have kids. It's a tough battle. Maybe get a female gynecologist.

They may need stupid forms like permission from your husband and misogynistic things like that.

In this world men can't fathom women who don't care about having children for them. They are angry at women like you who can say FVCK THEM KIDS!!

Look at the sheer number of dummies telling you to get pregnant. Pregnancy has a whole host of its own problems and won't cure the underlying issue. It can make it worse.

If you can convince them, even getting a court order that you want it removed despite not having a husband and kids may be necessary.

Removing just the ovaries will tilt you into early menopause. That's thrash advice.

What you need is a hysterectomy(just the uterus), not oophrectomy.

With the ovaries, you would still ovulate, but not menstruate, then you would have enter menopause at your own time.

That's hysterectomy, should cost about #300-500k now. I remember advising you on your previous thread to get checked. But we all know say na attention you dey find. You're old enough to use Google or call a clinic to help yourself.

If you are in the uk, you’d get assessed properly and also access to some of the best doctors/surgeons.

There’s a Nigerian doctor/surgeon. One of the best in the business. Google him, contact him. He runs a clinic in Nigeria sometimes. He might be able to help you. His name is Dr Edmond Edi-Osagie. He is a top dog when it comes to women’s health, fibroid, endometriosis etc.

He's expensive. There are a lot of good gynecologists in Nigeria. Lagos is overflowing with them.

That's one of the things in nigerian Healthcare is way better than abroad.

I think it is like 2-3million naira in Nigeria. Having kids stops the pain for most women tho.
If you don’t have kids yet, i suggest you freeze a couple of your eggs first.
Trust me, when your hormones subside, you will regret removing your womb if you didn’t freeze some eggs for future fertilization and child bearing.
I have seen too many women regret their stupid decision to remove their womb without a plan B of having kids 1st or freezing eggs.

Removing your womb or hysterectomy is a radical treatment for something that could potentially be easily treated.
First you need to see a Gynaecologist.
Given the symptoms you're describing ie heavy menstrual bleed and painful periods, the possibilities are endometriosis, primary dysmenorrhoea etc

This may be easily treated with the Mirena coil.
