Why are folks shocked that Ghanaians actually understand Nigerian local politics, and know who is causing problems in Nigeria? They are very smart and hard working people.
I remember while growing up in Onitsha how Ghanaians hustled like average Igbo in Onitsha to eke out a living. They were into everything, from skilled labor to music. They are also the most educated English speaking country in the west coast of Africa and so they can analyse things. But above all, they hosted the famous Aburi meeting which was supposed to avert the civil war.

I have also said it here on NL that Igbos have more in common (behaviour-wise) with Ghanaians, than with most Nigerian tribes, expect perhaps the Ibibio/Annang. So, they understand us more.

I'm happy that our case is gradually finding its feet on the international scene.  

My friend, give it a rest. Does your self-delusion know no bound? Have you being to Ghana? I know Ghana as well as any Nigerian can know the Country. You don't need a person with a discern mind to see through what is going on. A day will come when OPC will turn on the local Igbos in Lagos(wait and see them make noise). The only thing that is annoying me is that the innocent ones including the Igbos in my family and cool peeps like Afam and Yarodin etc, will be affected.
