Chelsea just made 3 changes without a drop in quality. Man Utd cannot make two changes to the first 11 without a significant drop in quality. Yet they say our squad is good enough.

Bookmakers had Arsenal as favorites, United as 2nd(Fergie always won after finishing 2nd) and Chelsea(3rd favorites). If Mourinho was the media favorite, why would he go to war with the British media that year?

The media were against him immediately after the “special one” presser. They kept writing negative stories about him and his players. I remember him shushing Liverpool fans in the carling cup final and he was sent off.
He apologized later that he wasn’t referring to the Liverpool fans but the British media who have been writing negative shit about him all season.

He wasn’t supposed to win, he wasn’t expected to win. The hype came after he won and broke the English record with 95 points.

Teams make too 4 in the EPL and still falter the next season, despite not having to sell any players. If the EPL utilizes the 5year points rule, breaking into the top 4 will be harder and any team that makes that big leap will falter woefully the next season

Look at this table and tell me the difference in Euros between Bayern and say Hoffenheim who is 5th. its about 7M, Despite Bayern being top and Hoffenheim ended outside top 4

So is 7M going to be the difference.

So if Bayern as the winner gets 72M what should the 5th placed Hoffenheim get to be fair in your books
