Nicklee:There is surely a ray of light at the end of the tunnel. Sai Buhari all the way.
Quote from Nicklee Your relative should calm down. She's really exagerrating the situation; unless she's posted to a cpc stronghold area. Even in the core north where I am at the moment, it's not a Buhari do-or-die affair!
My brother don't doubt the corper's report o! I also have people in Kaduna who share the same feeling as the corper. Sambo (the VP) wasn't necessarily a strong candidate when he became the Governor of Kaduna state, but for the voters' apathy and the power of the Makarfi incumbency, Sambo would not have been able to win the election in 2007. |
usbcable:Omode yi (this little child), u no dey hear word o! If Buhari were to have used his "military training and countenance" as your blindly claim, he surely wold not have been in court for 50 months after being rigged from the presidency in 2003 and 2007. Buhari's CPC was one of the first parties who called for the election to be held next Saturday as against GEJ's PDP. Get your facts right before you make false claims. Oya, vamoose. Off you go to the kiddies section! ![]() |
Better bring out that rope. . . the Federal Republic of Buharistan is about to happen
LWKMDO! Very funny! ![]() |
Onlytruth:You have just confirmed my comments about GEJ babies. Besides Taliban what other names do you have for Buhari? Last week it was 70% of the projects that were concentrated in the north, today, the figure has dramatically increased to 80%. I'm sure by the time you get to 100% you'll not have any further claims to make abi? Carry go! |
roxell120:Why do people like you make lame excuses for mediocrity? Where has GEJ been since 1999? What positions did he hold in the last 12 years? What were GEJ's achievements in all those years? If you can sincerely answer these simple questions, perhaps you'll understand that Nigerians are not only venting against GEJ alone but also against the 12 years of PDP misrule which Uncle Jona was an active participant. |
Sure. . there are lots of and lots of aspects of Nigerian lives that GEJ has not touched. Some of "what GEJ hasn't done in 10 months (actually 19 months)" of leading Nigeria are:
[li]GEJ has not stopped making embarrassing gaffes, defacing the nation as a whole[/li] [li]GEJ has not stopped making promises without anything to show for it[/li] [li]GEJ has not stopped the tide of corruption eating at the fabric of our national development[/li] [li]GEJ has not stopped the politics of division and bigotry[/li] [li]GEJ has not stopped to move with those who brought Nigeria on her knees[/li] [li]GEJ in his 12 years in governance has not been able to deliver any meaningful infrastructure to the nation[/li]
The list of what GEJ hasn't done is endless and I know Nigerians are fully aware. Hence the reason why the Otuoke cowboy will be sent back to the creeks come May 29th 2011. |
apoti:Me too! Even if it has to be fruit juice! ![]() |
I think u had a slip of thougt. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the statement.
Another GEJ baby saunters in. . . and makes his very first post with an insult! |
jason123:Yes o! The very beginning of the end for PDP at the national level. I hope PDP gets reduced to a regional party by the end of this election. |
Well, if reports coming in are true, JEGA has bought us more time to influence National Assembly voters with the Jingles. How far with Mbulela's suggestion about asking Music thread people to help with the Background music? Did we get the Bakare contact to push a Pidgin translation from him? Both Elections holding on April 9th means we can do more with the Jingles and cast PDP out.
I think the Presidential election was also shifted by a week. |
Do not worry, their judgement day has only been postponed by a week. As news continues to filter out that suspended election was due to acts of sabotage, the electorates' hatred index for the PDP looters would have gone up a few notches by next Saturday. |
info henry:National Assy: Saturday 9th of April Presidential: Saturday 16th of April State Assy/Governors: Tuesday 19th April I need to confirm the date though. I got that much from another thread. |
usbcable:Haven't I warned you to go to the kiddies section? What exactly is the meaning of the gibberish you typed above. God. . .! I would spank you terribly if you were my sibling. How on earth could GEJ have had any other option? In fact if GEJ had tried to insist on the election for tomorrow, PDP would be given the BON debate treatment, shikena. |
aisha2:I'm very much aware of that. Thanks. Odunnu:Normally I would not have answered you, however, how would you learn if we decide to ignore you. In case you haven't figured it out yet, it was absolutely and extremely irrational for Jega, a man I respect a lot, to think, let alone announce that the suspended elections can be held on Monday. |
mcgboye:I'll advice you ignore that guy o! He types his comments with his computer upside-down and barely comprehends English. Just watch him unleash those outdated venom of his on me now! |
ejunkie:You no dey tire? Your follies and deceptions have been exposed, yet you keep harping on a lost cause. If bluelabala feel they have a case, I presume the courts are there for them to make their case. In case you are not aware, bluelabs will be summoned soon to the courts to answer to the case of libel against the person of Buhari. I hope those bluelabalaba guys still have some of GEJ's largesse to defend themselves in the court, 'cos they'll pay heavily for this fraudulent attempt at denigrating Buhari. |
I'm no ACN fan, but I'll certainly take any news coming out of the staples of PDP sponsored dailies such as Thisday, Tribune and Vanguard with a pinch of salt. |
usbcable:I assume you'll be really pleased with yourself for making the posts above. Would you please return to the kiddies section of NL. . . Where is Seun, we need you to create a kiddies section for the likes of this "usbcable" to make good use of thier developing brains. |
Pataki:You are actually giving them too much credit for assuming they that they ever had common sense. All they've got is just a skull full of sponges being mistaken for a brain. It's unfortunate that the only way a Nigerian can justify Jonathan's malfeasance in government is to conclude that every other Nigerian is corrupt. These GEJ babies are the direct consequences of the 12 years of mismanagement of the Nigerian Educational system by the gangsters in PDP. Hence I really do not blame them as such for loosing it all! |
Finally INEC listens to voices of reason and bowed to rationality. |
Posted: April 3, 2011 - 16:47 By SaharaReporters, New York The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has provisionally agreed with political parties to postpone the parliamentary elections earlier schedule for tomorrow till Saturday April 9th 2011. http://www.saharareporters.com/news-page/again-inec-postpones-parliamentary-elections-till-saturday-april-9-2011 |
He is indeed high on expired weed. |
@Wadeoye, Thanks for giving those GEJ babies a taste of their own medicine!` |
^^^Perhaps you need to visit the thread dedicated to GEJ's countless Gaffes. I hate to start recanting those slip of mouth all over again. |
Pataki:Apparently he sent the fake MEND guys who had tea and biscuits with him in Aso Rock after the October 1 bombing. The guy keeps living in self denial. Those thugs who even visited him at Aso Rock even went as far as stating that MEND had seized to exist. Yet we've had at least 4 bomb blasts incident after the October-1 incident and everything has now been swept under the rug. Afterall Dokpesi the main suspect of the Oct-1 blast is now a member of GEJ's campaign crew and the chief suspect, IBB is one of GEJ's numerous fathers! dplordx:Actually GEJ did. It was debated on NL some weeks back. I suppose it was carried by some daily news back then. |
Tadeus:Yes we are humans and I suppose we are not supposed to be making mistakes 75% of the time when we make comments on issues of National disgrace as witnessed with the issue of the postponed election. |
^^^ I agree with you guys. In fact I hope Jega listens to the voice of reasoning and shifts the election to next weekend or to the 23rd of April as some opposition parties have started to clamor for. |
@userlist & okada_man, Great job! I'm indeed impressed and overwhelmed to know that many more Nigerians are still as patriotic as you guys. God bless you both. |
edicolove:Chief there has been no time in recent memory when all the refineries in Nigeria were completely shut down. The real issue is that the refineries have been working well below their capacities. I aksed you earlier to state the current outputs of these so called refineries which you are lamely attempting to score a point with for GEJ, yet you refused. Give us the current output of the refineries. Stop beating about the bush. |
inasmuch as I like Gej as a humble president, I can not say an ''Amen'' to this prayer, reason being that the acronym PDP is a collective noun made up of men with different ideologies likewise other parties. Having said that, I'd rather Ribadu became the president than Buhari, he's dam too tribalistic to my liking. BTW, I would say Amen if the prayer was for Gej. to me he's not doing badly. I will surely vote for him. Better still, Reps should be our concern, There, you'll see the epitome of corruption.
Saying amen to the orayer if PDP were substituted with GEJ, is tantamount to receiving a terrible curse. GEJ has in fact performed worse than PDP. So my brother, you better not mortgage your future generations because of your unfounded love for a clueless GEJ. |
A very balanced write up. Thumbs uop for the author and the OP for sharing this great piece. |
Now we are indeed the laughing stock of the entire world. This aberration will indeed get more coverage on international media than the Tsunami in Japan. Nigerians in diaspora, brace yourselves up for another horrid round of attacks from your colleagues at work/school. I'll advice you have your defense lines ready as you resume back to work/school on Sunday/Monday. |
LWKMDO! Very funny!

Allow the election to run
