Our own version of John Legend's 'All of Me', as someone already said. |
live4ever:Exactly what I meant in my last statement above. I thought I was alone with that mentality. pretydiva:Your body can decide to be stressed but it takes permission from your mind to get you down. You are not just what you eat, but also what you think. Don't forget to drink plenty of water and take enough rest especially at night. |
pretydiva:You are welcome. I edited my post tho |
nazablossom:Same here. I am AA and I hardly fall sick. Even when I do, it always lasts for less than a week and that was about 9-10years ago (that's when I started counting though, it might be more than that). I have not, and will never taste agbo. That thing can have side effects on one's body, especially the liver. @Op, go for lab tests frequently. The frequency should depend on how exposed you are to mosquitoes. For me, I go for malaria test at least thrice a year and the result most of the time comes out 3pluses (+++) To stay healthy always: 1. Watch what you eat. Try and eat healthy and know what is right to eat at any point in time. Also know that mode of preparation of your food matters a lot. Many Nigerians place taste over nutritional value especially when preparing their dishes, thereby enjoying delicious meals that guarantee little or no nutritional value. That's not healthy feeding. It might be hard but when you do healthy feeding, you get used to it, needless saying how much you will enjoy it. 2. Exercise always. It does not necessarily have to be gym. Go manual; for example, walk your short distances instead of driving. 3. Maintain a healthy psyche. Try to be positive always. 4. Mosquito net! Treated or not, just make sure you are covered. chikena |

FreeGlobe:Let me help you out. Wike said the Federal government planned to keep Obi busy with federal engagements that will make him useful, both to Anambra State and to the country in general. “As he (Governor Obi) completes his tenure, we will not let him go. We will find something that will keep him busy all the time and I am sorry to disappoint his wife, Margaret if she is planning a long holiday with her husband.- Okonjo Iweala”Now check this out Okonjo-Iweala, Peter Obi woo foreign investors, make strong case for Nigeria in the USA Eminent Persons Adore Obi’s Legacies |
"Let me tell you, at Federal level, he is one of the few Governors that came out clearly in support of our stand to save. We don’t just spend everything. Every smart and sensible person knows that no matter your income, even it is one naira, you must keep something aside. You never know the day you will need it for your children. So he has to do it and I am very envious. Yes, we managed to save a little at the Federal Level, just a little but we can do so much more. Even the one we managed to save, we have been spending because somebody doesn’t believe Federal Government should save anything." - Okonjo Iweala on ...guess who ![]() |

easystudy101:It's no surprise, there are of course expats among them Boko haramites |
FreeGlobe:If you are not daft you would have known there was no such thing as ministerial appointment promised specifically. Obi will be a very useful asset is what they emphasized on. In case your hate-killed brain can grasp this, he is still with GEJ and co even without a formal appointment, just as he was in the economic team. Now he is contributing even more. Where is Ngige your master though? Egwu na-elizi the old man these days. hahahaaa |
tabletman1:Mr. Armchair critic, you are beating about the bush. If a contractor does not meet up, the contract will be reviewed. Do you know what is happening to the contract right now? When did work stop at Kano street and when did the rainy season start? I am not sure you are an engineer, so don't tell what I'm sure you know very little about. And yes I am a supporter of Peter Obi (or praise singer as you call it) because he is worth every support he gets. Ask people that matter- GEJ, Okonjo, Dangote, etc and they can tell you better Obi's worth. I am a critic as well but I chose to cut any performer some slack when he/she is exceptional and knows what he/she is doing. Government is not just an individual; there is a limit to what an individual can do/oversee at a given time especially when it comes to leadership. I am glad to say Peter Obi did his best, and his best was just enough to take us to the next level |
I still do feel like that sometimes. Wishing kids stay as kid and innocent as they are Not growing up to increase the number of bad eggs we already have in our world today. |
tabletman1:1. You are a nonentity for calling Peter Obi a fraudster. 2. Have you investigated and confirmed that it's Obi's fault for whatever claims the contractors laid? 3. Wasn't that road awarded together with other ones that were done... If he is a fraudster, how much will he realize from Okwei since Bida was done? Let me inform you a bit. When a percentage of a contract sum is paid as mobilization fee, subsequent payments are made only when some certain expectations are met as agreed in the contract terms. So if a contractor runs out of fund whilst not yet meeting the contract terms for further payment, the contractor should source for funding from somewhere else. It is only at the discretion of the governor that such funds can be released. Agreement is agreement. That being said, since you can agree that some part of the job has been done, it means payment was actually made (whether it's mobilization or subsequent payments). Also, since you can agree that a lot of other contracts awarded by Obi are still going on and at different levels of completion, why calling him a fraudster? A man who does everything possible to prove to the whole world that a politician can be honest and walk with integrity and discipline... Someone who heralded the massive change Anambra state is experiencing at the moment; laying the foundation of the newly reformed Anambra and single-handedly fought for its sustenance by bringing us Obiano... You are calling him a fraudster because a part of a project was not done or that IDC won the contract Shame on you.Reminds me how I took you as freeglobe's alternate moniker, but I decided to let it slide. |
GoldenPenny:Ok, I just checked your your profile. @topic, that's some hard choice right there... but since I'm to pick one, I'll go for nursing because of the job prospects. I would think a nurse can be employed in just about any health centre. I stand to be corrected though |
Lemme see how you react to this video. It left me with emotions but I smiled all thru https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84DLT4yRcy4 |

All I have to say is Praise da Lord someborri!!! |
We are yet to get out of ebola shock and Moyo and whatever spirit that is directing him are ready to introduce a new scourge. He should be castrated and banished into the wilds where gay lions will have his ass for lunch. |
He did not give details to support the claim..? His mode of intelligence gathering needs to be ascertained by the DSS. He should be 'invited' to Abuja for serious questioning. |
Since it's for babes, I rather steer clear and view from afar |
