Besides sound & balanced Nutritional intake, your body chemistry is mainly a product of your mental state. D way u see urself is d way ur body will act!
If u are told dat cos u are AA u av to be weak & sickly & u believe it, all ur system wld immediately start to act in response to those signals generated by ur mind. The opposite is also true ie if u focus ur mind on being healthy & strong, it might take a while but ur body wld soon condition itself to fight intruders & be consequently strong.

Pls am not teaching mental science here, so eat good balanced diet, nutritional supplements, rest well, exercise regularly & think good wholesome thoughts always. My two cents.
Exactly what I meant in my last statement above. I thought I was alone with that mentality.

Anoda tin is,wen I over stress myself I also fall sick
Your body can decide to be stressed but it takes permission from your mind to get you down. You are not just what you eat, but also what you think.
Don't forget to drink plenty of water and take enough rest especially at night.

I am AA too but I hardly fall sick.I don't suffer from malaria, before I know my genotype people use to tell me Maybe I am AS till I check my genotype. I don't know Why my own case is different
Same here. I am AA and I hardly fall sick. Even when I do, it always lasts for less than a week and that was about 9-10years ago (that's when I started counting though, it might be more than that). I have not, and will never taste agbo. That thing can have side effects on one's body, especially the liver.
@Op, go for lab tests frequently. The frequency should depend on how exposed you are to mosquitoes. For me, I go for malaria test at least thrice a year and the result most of the time comes out 3pluses (+++) shocked; drugs are then prescribed according to the lab result (no overdose). Medications not properly administered by a qualified personnel, be it traditional, tradomedical or medical doctor is harmful to the body; side effects can manifest at later years. We are not living thesame lifestyle with our forefathers and so should forget all the "our forefathers did it" jargons.

To stay healthy always:
1. Watch what you eat. Try and eat healthy and know what is right to eat at any point in time. Also know that mode of preparation of your food matters a lot. Many Nigerians place taste over nutritional value especially when preparing their dishes, thereby enjoying delicious meals that guarantee little or no nutritional value. That's not healthy feeding. It might be hard but when you do healthy feeding, you get used to it, needless saying how much you will enjoy it.
2. Exercise always. It does not necessarily have to be gym. Go manual; for example, walk your short distances instead of driving.
3. Maintain a healthy psyche. Try to be positive always.
4. Mosquito net! Treated or not, just make sure you are covered. chikena

Perhaps you want me to bombard you with links where okonjo, nyesom woke(representing GEJ) were all promising obi ministerial appointment as soon as he leaves office but I wont oblige you since your dull. I could even post articles showing Obi's desperation for the appointment. until he was abandoned. yes obi is still with GEJ doing 'notice me' seeking appointment . He even went as far as committing political suicide by joining PDP. Ngige is still a serving Senator fyi, if there is anybody 'egwu na eli zi' its Peter obi that has fallen out with Obiano. I believe you must have seen the peter obi tapes sponsored by Obiano and circulating in the state. It wont be long until Obiano freezes all his stolen assets in Anambra
Let me help you out.
Wike said the Federal government planned to keep Obi busy with federal engagements that will make him useful, both to Anambra State and to the country in general.

“We have devised ways to keep your husband occupied, so if you have been planning a long holiday for him, am afraid it will not work”, Okonjo-Iweala told Obi’s wife.

“As he (Governor Obi) completes his tenure, we will not let him go. We will find something that will keep him busy all the time and I am sorry to disappoint his wife, Margaret if she is planning a long holiday with her husband.- Okonjo Iweala

"Let me tell you, at Federal level, he is one of the few Governors that came out clearly in support of our stand to save. We don’t just spend everything. Every smart and sensible person knows that no matter your income, even it is one naira, you must keep something aside. You never know the day you will need it for your children. So he has to do it and I am very envious. Yes, we managed to save a little at the Federal Level, just a little but we can do so much more. Even the one we managed to save, we have been spending because somebody doesn’t believe Federal Government should save anything." - Okonjo Iweala on ...guess who undecided

"Ask people that matter- GEJ, Okonjo, Dangote, etc and they can tell you better Obi's worth."

and so 9inches the monkey and unintelligent Peter obi blogger, why didn't GEJ and okonjo keep to their many promises of making Peter obi a minister as soon as he leaves office considering "his worth" ?
If you are not daft you would have known there was no such thing as ministerial appointment promised specifically. Obi will be a very useful asset is what they emphasized on. In case your hate-killed brain can grasp this, he is still with GEJ and co even without a formal appointment, just as he was in the economic team. Now he is contributing even more. Where is Ngige your master though? Egwu na-elizi the old man these days. hahahaaa

Another nonsense article from peter obi's praise singer grin

So if the contractor does not meet up to the contract terms they should leave the road like that?
Mr man, kano street is also among the road and the contractor was able to finished only bida road.
Do u know that some part of okwei street was built with interlock marbles but due to the road construction it was destroyed and now abandoned?

Peter obi laid a foundation for Obiano to chase criminals away bah?grin
He laid a foundation by claiming the Omor rice mill that was built by the FG and yet under his watch the rice mill was occupied by rats and lizard? grin
He laid a foundation of substandard road normally built by IDC company?

Mr man, you can call me freeglobe if that will make you feel relieve. undecided
Mr. Armchair critic, you are beating about the bush.
If a contractor does not meet up, the contract will be reviewed. Do you know what is happening to the contract right now?
When did work stop at Kano street and when did the rainy season start? I am not sure you are an engineer, so don't tell what I'm sure you know very little about.

And yes I am a supporter of Peter Obi (or praise singer as you call it) because he is worth every support he gets. Ask people that matter- GEJ, Okonjo, Dangote, etc and they can tell you better Obi's worth. I am a critic as well but I chose to cut any performer some slack when he/she is exceptional and knows what he/she is doing. Government is not just an individual; there is a limit to what an individual can do/oversee at a given time especially when it comes to leadership.

I am glad to say Peter Obi did his best, and his best was just enough to take us to the next level

When. I said that peter Obi is a fraudster you people will doubt me, I can't help but laugh when I read the part where he said that money has been paid to contractors whereas the IDC substandard company was complaining that they are yet to receive any money from the government. They nearly abandon even bida road which was commissioned same time with okwei street. Peter Obi is a fraudster, the road intersection between bida road and creek road has already collapsed. Courtesy IDC company grin Bida is ok, the place you're referring to is creek road. The Road is now abandoned. Abi you wan see the road? grin
1. You are a nonentity for calling Peter Obi a fraudster.
2. Have you investigated and confirmed that it's Obi's fault for whatever claims the contractors laid?
3. Wasn't that road awarded together with other ones that were done... If he is a fraudster, how much will he realize from Okwei since Bida was done?
Let me inform you a bit. When a percentage of a contract sum is paid as mobilization fee, subsequent payments are made only when some certain expectations are met as agreed in the contract terms. So if a contractor runs out of fund whilst not yet meeting the contract terms for further payment, the contractor should source for funding from somewhere else. It is only at the discretion of the governor that such funds can be released. Agreement is agreement.

That being said, since you can agree that some part of the job has been done, it means payment was actually made (whether it's mobilization or subsequent payments). Also, since you can agree that a lot of other contracts awarded by Obi are still going on and at different levels of completion, why calling him a fraudster? A man who does everything possible to prove to the whole world that a politician can be honest and walk with integrity and discipline... Someone who heralded the massive change Anambra state is experiencing at the moment; laying the foundation of the newly reformed Anambra and single-handedly fought for its sustenance by bringing us Obiano... You are calling him a fraudster because a part of a project was not done or that IDC won the contract huh Shame on you.
Reminds me how I took you as freeglobe's alternate moniker, but I decided to let it slide.
