As soon as Israel is satisfied that Hamas isn't interested in its destruction neither is it working against its existence, blockade will be lifted.
If I have a neighbour whose sole aim is my destruction, i will surely be proactive and do far worse than what Israel is doing.
Rockets won't end any blockage even though I desire it being lifted. Palestinians are the ones currently suffering the most and the ball is in their court. Israel has shown that it's unfortunately not interested in ending this bombardment. I pity the palestinians.
